Align Trex 550L Part 1 Session 1 of 3

550 are the best for the price, I hope they have a major comeback. With any luck I hope to install this in a Funkey Bell 222 550 size. But we'll see, I have two backup plans, a Nexus 30s and a pimped out Raptor 30. (Plenty of parts for the raptor sitting around) Hope to keep my old nitro helicopters going, but they may hang from the ceiling, other than the raptor, stocked up on parts for it. Anyone know of ball link ends that will work with a Nexus 30? (only spare parts I'm missing and a few "could be" replaced.

Jeff, I really enjoy your videos but I have a suggestion for improvement. Please consider wearing a microphone on your collar. It will greatly improve the audio and prevent that hollow, echo, "head in a bucket" sound from having the mic so far away from your voice. Not being critical... just sincerely trying to help. Keep the videos coming!

Do you still put the rubber grommets on the servo's with electric helicopter. looks like it would be a cleaner install without the rubber grommets. I am looking at the new align 550x and I cant tell if they still use grommets?

Allthough I built mine about 1 month ago I love watching this :) Good job! Love the 550L, and everything about it, servos looks sexy, the whole heli flies so sweet, and gpro is spot-on! 5/5 hands down. Have an 450L also, so I need a 700L (only Dominators in other words) :) Only thing that is tricky (and I bet diffrent an all), is wiring, can take a while to find the best ways. Like in your upcomming vids, not all use that reciver etc. I use 2 x sats on mine, one back on the gyroplate, and one under landing gear, also have the bluetooth permanent fixed infront of gpro, stuffed all wires on the oppiste side of esc, tried to make it look good (even that its invisible with canopy on). I shop trex 600 l dominator super combo. Servo align bl815h is bad servos. Burn after 3 flyght. I on electronic and servos burn never motive. 90% people shop this servos, all burn. I pay 160$ one servo. Is terrible align is very good and now create this servos terrible? I have trex 600 cf is fantastic. This electronic new is bad. I live in italy sorry for my english. You help me
