@icio-Suomi thanks for your reply! Yes, the two adjustments require you to 'chase' each back / forth. This is of course because as you turn the tie rods to set your toe, the dimension of sweep changes. You will find that as you measure both dimensions you will begin to make smaller and smaller adjustments to the sweep and toe to get them back into line, respectively. My recommendation is get your toe set correctly, and then adjust your sweep. Let's say there is a 5.0mm difference between the two measurements of sweep. No problem, just adjust your tie rods to bring them to measure the same at a number within the middle of the two initial measurements (say 250 and 255mm, adjust so they meet around 253mm). If you can't get your sweep to be exactly the same, don't fret, +/- 1.0mm isn't a huge amount, as toe being equal is more important than sweep being exactly the same. Hello! Thank you for the question Diego! Positive Camber will relieve stress or 'bind' on the kart out of corners, and make the kart slightly more responsive on initial turn-in to corners. However, in the middle of the corner it can tend to create strange tire wear or uneven tire wear, although this depends on the driver. If you are considering adding more positive camber to your kart, do so in increments, and pay attention to how the wear pattern of your tires looks as you do this - too much and you won't utilize the whole tire! Too little, and you are far too aggressive on the inside edge of the tire. I hope this is helpful!
