Lovely piece arranged by Antonio Lauro, inspired in the national Chilean dance "La Cueca", a multicolour rhythms, rooted in the history of the Chilean and South American cultural history.
Finally I have cleared up the question! The author of the song is the old Mr. Anonimo, the title of the piece is ""Tu eres la estrella mas linda", which means "You are the most beautiful star". Great master Antonio Lauro just made the arrangement of this song. So it's not his composition - it's his arrangement!
Tantos videos vistos de este tema... para llegar por fin a escuchar a don Alirio Díaz y entender la velocidad e intención de esta composición! Muchas gracias por compartir esta joya!
Domthenours - what you say is right - but remember, 700 people who 'know' is far more significant that 400,000 that really don't have any conception of what it is to dedicate yourself to music as a fine art, rather than a popular side-show - and does Senor Diaz really care what anyone thinks about him - I very much doubt it as he is not in need of any approval !
When you think that guy was the best unknown classical guitarist of the planet. This video has 700 visitors only. A jerk that gives a course for shredding scales on guitar gets at least 400.000, not to talk about Jennifer Lopez. Everything I heard for him in his best days is senior to his boss Segovia (he was his assistant) or Williams.
Dom Thenours let me assure you he is extremely famous amongst classical concert guitarists! Ask John Williams or Julian Bream OR Segovia what they thought of his playing.; held in the highest esteem.
Bravo Master!!! I am a lover of Lauro and have played almost all his pieces. But this piece I meet for the first time. Are you sure it is by Lauro? Where was it published? I have all compositions of Lauro in my collection... It seems this piece is not by Lauro.
