I know your comment is 10 years old but I'm scratching my head right now.... maybe prior to the late 70s Primera Flats and other Latino gangs had Aliso Village.... But 1st East Coast Crips ran Aliso Village in the late 70s to the early 90s until all the residents were forced out of the projects.... They had the power in the projects, they ran the drugs and gun trade... It was 1st ECC that had all the money in the projects.... Primer flats was the gang in Aliso but the first black gang in Aliso were Bloods called Aliso Village Brims in the 70s until they were literally dismantled by 1st ECC... Aliso Village was very big housing projects... in the 80s you had 1st ECC, Primera flats, Al Capone 13 and TMC... Which before they called "The Mob Crew" was called The Mexican Crips at the time and were basically a subset of 1st ECC... Same thing with Al Capone... Now Cuatro Flats never really had a foothold in Aliso.. they're hood was Pico Gardens projects which was right there when you pulled out of Aliso... In the late 80s a war started between 1st ECC and Primera Flats... Which nobody really pushed anybody out.... Cause while their fighting over the projects, the city is evicting residents and by the late 90s every resident was gone.. and 1st ECC and Al Capone gangs were gone, except TMC which became The Mob Crew and fell under the 13 and run that lil spot below 1st and Primera Flats is on the other side of 101 Fwy... And as of now the new projects that replaced Aliso called Pueblo del Sol has no gang activity...
