She is such a good fit for Craig because she follows the improvisational rule to always say yes to his ideas. This openess makes this perfectly fluid interaction possible.
i actually hate the "yes and" rule.... It can be funny to break it sometimes. Craig Fergusun also states this in one of his shows... but don't expect me to remember which *edit* I actually fucking remembered, it's with Alice Eve that he explains why he doesn't like the "yes and" rule
She is overall a 10 in all aspect. Smart, charismatic, humorous, beautiful, witty, and a incredible body god damn. Would like to see her in more movies though.
The way Alison animates herself is an art form. While she often does, she doesn't even have to come up with especially witty banter, because her expressions and body language are so entertaining and rich. My favorite was her playing the awkward silence! That was gold! LOL!!! Her extreme cuteness can be a safety net too, but she really is very talented.
So youtube gives me a notification that someone wrote that Alison was indeed 3 times on the show so I went on imdb and the site states 3 visits of her. Then I browse the internet for that third episode and found it and was ready to reply but now the said message is gone so just fyi: Alison Brie was on the show in 2010, 2013 and January 2015. Craig Ferguson had his last episode as host of the Late Late Show on Dec. 19th 2014. As far as I know they already knew in September 2014 that James Cordon was going to be the new host for the show but not before March 2015. During the time after Craig left and James would finally take over various people hosted the show. One of them was Whitney Cummings on January 29th where Alison Brie was one of the guests. tl:dr Alison Brie was 3 times on the show but only twice with Craig Ferguson.
Craig should give every alcoholic hope. From poor, depressed, and suicidal to having the prettiest women in the world lining up to crack jokes with him. He's rich now too.
Everyone is rightfully attracted to Alison because she's pretty with a nice body, but my mind is boggled right now trying to understand how she's so charismatic while also being witty while also being a great conversationalist while also being so easily seductive I don't have nearly enough charisma to have a conversation with a person like this
Just talk to her, that's how. There's not some secret language you need to learn. Be yourself and talk. And also LISTEN when she talks back. Very easy.
@@Tessmage_Tessera Exactly. Why do you think Craig is so good with women? Don't put them up on a pedestal and just be human and have fun talking. Well...I'm sure he does put them up on a pedestal but he hides it well and he's just so darn good at the chit chat. Helps to be smart and socially smart which he is both.
Yes, the kind of awkward pause you usually only get when two people fart simultaneously, and neither wants to acknowledge that they were the culprit. Neither does either of them realize that the other farted too. :D
Funny you say that, there is a story about her having sex with her gay friend in a closet to "make sure he was gay". It's referenced in Community in the STD episode.
StandByForFurther - Yeah, I read that too. It was an excerpt from someone's book that contained a bunch of celebrities' anecdotes. She was apparently pretty wild in college.
@Sanctus Paulus 1962 🤣🤣🤣why would a person that has to be liked by casting agents and the public, to secure roles and sell tickets want to appear likeable in public? Hmmm.... I wonder.🤣🤣🤣 Hate to destroy the illusion for ya bud, but guess what politicians are just regular ass people as well. Also, all "actresses" are actors moron, the only reason the term actress is ever used is so women can win fake awards and not be beaten by more talented men.
@@EdwoodCA While I personally think Conan is great, for so much of his run he was overshadowed by legends. He followed David Letterman, a guy that retired almost before I was born, and was against Jay Leno the whole time(who had higher ratings than even Letterman). He was considered the B choice for so long, but once the AMAZING ones retired we all realized he is fantastic too. Or everyone sucks now.
yes she is really flirty and seductive. She's good looking, knows it, and takes advantage of it. Some of the stuff she does in the Community bloopers lol
@@aboullkhill5605 I believe it is a sex/orgasm joke "take off" due to a fast moving finger , and then he mentions you ALSO have to worry about the ring making you physically fly. Was quick, and multi layered so the audience missed it too 😅
There is a song by the Avery Brothers called "the Ballad of Love and Hate" which is about the rocky relationship between the perfect woman, love, and her alcoholic husband/boyfriend , Hate. In the second verse it says that Love takes a taxi home. As soon as the driver sees her, he is overwhelmed with hope and promise. But after the ride is over he begins to cry because he likely will never see her again. That second verse sums up how I feel about Alison Brea, I think.
this is why I love Craig Ferguson's humor. Simpletons who don't understand will say that he is a pervert but for others like you and me love him. Best late night show host hands down.
"...without preamble, without introduction, without reservation." I like it a lot. Must find some way to use it and take credit for it. Maybe with Alison Brie!
I wish people were like this in real life... Imagine going on a date that goes THIS well. But this isn't real life, it's a talk show and they're really good at improv.
"you dont wanna move your finger too fast you'll take off...and then theres the ring to worry about" LMAO the stuff u were allowed to say on TV before is amazing.
@@aboullkhill5605 "you dont wanna move your fingers too fast though, you'll take off + then theres the ring to worry about" the first part is a joke about how the rings look like wings. So if she flaps her fingers fast enough or something then she will fly away (take off) the second part is flipping the line on its head, implying that moving your fingers fast enough to "take off" wasnt about the ring, it was about self pleasuring
