When Alistair says about food: »everybody is different. Find what works for you ». This advice is wiser than most of what Drs say. And i know what i am talking about. He is a super super guy.
SS i think i get you. It’s true that animals have a very uniform type of food. Humans would have too but consumerism and food industry brought lots of new propositions just to sell and make money. Besides, with human migrations and the changes of environment, humans undergone a natural selection which made them adapt to the new environment (new food, new habits) or die. Therefore depending on the area they live in, humans tend to eat the same type of food(meat for Inuits, rice for orientals, roots for Africans, fish for Scandinavians etc.). But wrongly the slogans say: »eat varied ». Which is only to push people to Consume what industries like Nestlé want you to consume. Since the beginning of the 20th century they convinced people that Milk, fruits, veggies, meat, cereals, the breakfast, spinach etc is good for EVERYBODY. BS. It’s not. It depends on each individual to eat what his body requires and desires. Please watch Prof. John Ioannidis on RU-vid. He is the greatest nutrition specialist that ever existed. His articles are simply superb.
Over the years Alistair has become a humble and a great guy. The love he has for the fight game makes him more lovable. Despite the UFC belt he still has a legend status for sure. All the best.
When reem came in k1 and when he beat my favorite k1 fighters i hate him so much. But then i started to watch ufc and slowly he become one of my most favorite fighters. Sorry on bad english

Alistair is zo'n echte vechter, er is bijna niemand zo dapper als hij. hij accepteert aldoor gevechten tegen vette prospects, die onderweg naar boven zijn en eigenlijk wint ie alleen maar respect. hij neemt nog steeds dat soort riskante tegenstanders en daarvoor kun je enkel maar respect hebben. temeer daar hij ook tegen iedereen in de top 10 heeft gestaan.
Valentijn is stil in very good shape.. I see him in the weekends on the job... I work as a bouncer for him and his company. A beast with freaky genetics, and stil strong like a horse.

I hope one day he wins the UFC title it would mens he's held every title in all the big organisations ... he's always so close .... he is probably one of the most talented HWs , his chin is his only flaw
