Gallbladder stone ke karan mera gallbladder nikal diya gya tha. Blood test me ALP 164 aaya hai. Sgot,sgpt aur ggtp normal hai. Kya ho sakta hai. Please guide.

Sister My ALP came to 140 am a Type 1 Diabetic on Insulin , fasting sugar came to 209 and hba1c to 8.1 other reports normal is there anything to worry . Thanks 🙏🙏..
