They were making radio cassette recorders and transistor radios by the hundreds everyday...moving on the conveyors...that's an experience experience. The factory still exists until today but making OEMs for others
I love how solder has high affinity for copper or traces, and is repelled by other surfaces, making it a joy to work with. I would not be surprised if the little bent copper tube blew an inert gas onto the hot end (followed by the large fume extractor intake on the right) to prevent corrosion. Very fast but nails are kind of gross, yo.

Impresionante. Pero en ninguna empresa decente aceptarían esa maquina. Por seguridad, se debe adaptar un seguro que agarre los cables para evitar un accidente en el dedo. Al inventar cualquier tipo de maquina, siempre hay que considerar la seguridad del usuario u operador.
Exacto, debería haber unos tubos a modo de conductos para pasar los cables y una barrera de seguridad que mantenga alejados los dedos de la parte de la soldadura, eso como mínimo.
I remember when I was a kid I tried to fix my Rc car and instead of doing this I used duck tapes. Of course, it didn’t work out as I expected but I learned a lot of stuff while I was trying to fix everything before I threw it out in the garbage
Really smart solution. Now.. If you can teach a smaller type of robot arm to do the same thing, you can manufacture these parts at a higher rate. Yes, a robot is expensive, but in the end - you get that money back.
