that looks hard...

I'm actually performing this piece live in a little over two weeks. I have to say, this is easily up there with Scarbo in terms of difficulty. I know this might sound a little out there, but I find it helpful to practice this on a piano that makes it easier to play accurately. From my experience, digital pianos are generally easier to play accurately on, as you can often feel exactly where you are on the keys. With grand pianos, I find it is generally more difficult, and practicing anything with huge, out-of-control leaps can be a pain. What I like to do is to practice the leaps on a digital piano, and once I feel comfortable with them, move to a grand and get used to the feel of it. I don't know if this works for other people, but hey, it works for me.
