Update of this list November 22 2023: I myself discovered two days ago a nation which can core 140.67 million people. This glorious nation is the ''Kingdom of Prussia''! Germany has to gain its maximum possible core states. Then Napoleon has to annex Germany and through the focus ''Disunite Germany'', all German core states, which are not one of the German kingdom which will be released through the focus, or the french Rhine states, they will be transferred to Prussia as cores.
With Poland you can also get a lot of cores with the little known "decide post war borders" P focus. You can pick Ukraine and the black sea (basically most of southern Russia and the Caucasus). I'm not sure it's over 100M but if not it's very close to it
@@NoymoHD no, to core a state they have to have a bordering state that is also a core, so cant do Americas, Britain, etc sejowak explained this in the "which country has the most cores" video
Something else with Germany is that if you go monarchist and encourage Austria-Hungary to reunite with Czechoslovakia, Hungary, and Austria, if Austria does the decision to reunite it, Germany gets an option to annex Austria, and you get all three nations for free and cored.
No, that event doesn't fire for Austria-Hungary, only for standalone Austria. Also, when you encourage the formation of Austria-Hungary, the game treats the newly formed empire as Austria. Thus, integrating Hungary through the focus won't actually puppet Austria-Hungary
What about “the empire” for the uk? They can get cores by giving usa to canada through that decision before imperial federation, and then go on to form the imperial federation for cores on the usa, and all commonwealth members (bar india,) and as mosley you can form the eu for some reason

I feel like you've accelerated too much towards the end, not explaining how exactly the Roman Empire, the UK and Switzerland can core all of that stuff. UK is through Franco-British Union, so it gets all the French cores on Africa, Brazil, Indochina, Al-Andalus etc.? The Franco-British Union doesn't last though once the war with Germany is over. bro just start typing a command and hit tab button, it will autofill if it's the only command, if it's not, it will show you list of available commands, if you type in focus.i and hit tab, it literally types it out
I dont use mods, I just do use setowner and annex commands, the black no mans land is unnocupied tag d53, watch out, it can crash your game if you interact with it sometimes
it's actually not no one, it's an unnamed generic tag, like d04, d05, d06... I made that tag own everything but USA and I colored it black by typing tag_color d04 0 0 0 (you need rgb value)
Dude, the join the Union decision only transfers Soviet army and equipment to you. However all of the Soviet land is just annexed and occupied by you, but not cored
