My Deepest Apologies... I completely left out the changes for Peacekeepers and Prospector but here are those details! Peacekeepers While Peacekeepers has been a presence in Crucible for some time, it never really felt like it had a real place in PvE content. We have given it characteristics that resemble Lucky Pants, but for SMGs, with a PvE damage bonus that escalates as you deal more damage. We’ve heard rumors it pairs nicely with a couple of the Exotic weapon buffs below. Dealing damage to combatants with an SMG increases SMG damage for a short time. Maximum of 20 stacks (100% bonus damage), lasts for 1s, each hit adds a stack and refreshes the timer. Prospector’s Exotic perk has long been something largely impractical to most activities. We’ve made some significant changes to make the weapon more viable, while still remaining true to its core fantasy. Prospector Now spawns three powerful cluster bombs on detonation dealing substantially more damage per shot over a much larger area than previously. Removed sticky grenade, flame grenade, and remote detonation function. Mag size reduced to 6. Bonus ammo reserves on the catalyst changed to +50 Reload speed
I was literally just telling someone a week ago that huckleberry should have full reload by default and the catalyst should have kinetic tremors. I am apparently a future teller.
Lucky Pants got buffed actually is for PvP. Damage was only decreased to 450% down from 600% but the perk can be refreshed faster now. Why you say RIP?
It really doesn’t seem to be as bad as people think. The 150% is a smaller number than people think as if you do 8K damage without any damage boosts, you’ll do like 12K less damage which isn’t that bad if you were doing 52K damage with max stacks per shot. That’s without factoring in anything like a debuff, radiant or weapon surges, which are all really easy things to add. It really won’t be *that* bad.
I agree with your assesment on lucky pants. It will likely not be able to kill champion with one clip, and this leads to suicide, because you have to be reasonably close to avoid falloff.
Titan with synthoceps and consecration in PVE, that's op, except for hunter punch builds that are capable of eliminating a champion with 1 hit on the GM, lucky pants aren't even popular enough to receive a big Nerf, ridiculous!
Really wish the warlocks could get a weapon specific damage exotic like how the hunters have lucky pants and now the titans have peacekeepers for smg’s. Maybe give warlocks a pulse rife based exotic tie in or scout rifle.
Rain of Fire gives Warlocks a 20% damage increase on kill with linears and fusions. Also reload from reserves with Icarus Dash or Weavewalk. Play some VoG

Cuirass of the falling Star needs a perk like "the Impact of ballistic Slam creates a blinding burst while Speed boost ist active" to create the falling Star Fantasy!
Seeing as how my number one most dependable PvP weapon for close range is my Kinetic Tremors Multimach, I am very excited to see this perk added to the Huckleberry. It needed something else to make it viable in the crucible because as it was, it was just an exotic that did nothing more than a legendary.
Yeah you will be able to. Either in Solar or Prismatic. The change that prevented the rotation was the 33% grenade energy on ability damage was they changed it to require kills to get the 33% grenade energy. This was due to pvp players abusing it.

Yeah, Hunters got the short end of the stick this time around. Looks like i will be praying warlock and titan more. Guessing thats what bungo wants us to do, which sucks. Also, i don't know if you mentioned how light SMG are getting a lucky pants like boost with an exotic? That might be the new lucky pants lol.... sigh...

How is Icefall Mantle unfortunate? Oh no, the defensive stasis exotic is now actually good at being defensive! The damage increase wasn't being used by anyone, the removal of the slowing effect on the user is a godsend, and the fact that gaining any source of frost armor now heals you? Recovery was the number one problem with Stasis Titan, Rime and Tectonic Harvest do fuckall to help that since they drastically nerfed their effective healing, so now we've got a reliable to do so on base Stasis kit. And before anyone tries to compare it to Prismatic, don't. The base kits need to be able to be useable still as well, and this rework is clearly more gravitated towards base Stasis than Prismatic
@@hansiesilver2991 Its an exotic moreso geared towards base stasis, not prismatic. The amount of ways to get frost armor on base stasis is insane, and everytime you do this thing heals you
Icefall mantles were my go too for my titan in gambit. All I needed was a glaive and I could pop my shield and walk into hell and slay everything. I felt powerful, and it felt good. Now the Icefall mantle is being replaced by Ice armor which feels like weak plastic in the same scenario in gambit. A hinderance more then asset in hell. I wish Bungie could just put Destiny 2 development on ice just so my power fantasy can be eternal. The world outside and inside of this game is on fire, and all I want is to stand on this pile of spaghetti's code and unproductive live service and be content. But lovely (/s) reality comes in like a wrecking ball and wakes me up that it' s all a dream and not real. Such is life.
all the "you need to have this super equiped" when they didnt have that bfr feel like shit tbh i thought choir was only gona get the damage with div nerfed, nice i guess... mantle should stay as an overshield to make it more practical, having to use one of the most inconsistent supers for some dmg resistance isnt worth it if you ask me cuirass catching a nerf..... its just wild, there is no words for it, they dont have a clue of what they are doing, at all, no one in that place plays the game or hears what anyone with more than 2 min on it says, there is absolutely no doubt while lucky pants feels good, they are sometimes a pain in the ass to use, they kinda remove the part that is a pain but also remove what makes them feel good, i dont even know at this point huckleberry has me a bit confused, for normal content if it has the normal kt they are 14 bullets to proc (13 enhanced) i highly doubt there is a lot of stuff in normal content that is gona tank 14 bullets of the old rampage from a kinetic, even then, if the kt damage kills the thing, is it gona reload? have my doubts tbh, i still remember when they brought back the fatebringer in d1 and the explosive damage stole the kill from the bullet and outlaw didnt proc, even if it reloads, if i empty the magazine and the kt kills it in the animation of reloading.... it has no use, would it be like how osteo can overfill sure it would be nice, but with this buff i dont see why would you use one over the other

You nailed it buddy. Lucky pants did not need this nerf. Nor choir of one. Sadly bungie is set on driving away players is would seem. I’m not personally stoked for this update, seems like the armour rework is also a nerf for abilities regeneration. But we’ll have to wait and see.
Bungie obviously having some favoritism to pvpers because lucky pants were still really good but now they completely killed its viability in any pve endgame content where movement isnt as important as cover.
