Well done. If you wanna make it easier on you, you can bring a more damage oriented set-up and effectively cut the combat times in half making it also safer. Seemed like there was a an overall shortage for mastery points. Bastard's Beacon lairs are quite hard in region 1 but region 2&3 are completely fine to do and helps with more resources to better prep for the last fight,
I wanted to put my pets used in the video but it was harder to find cause I didn't scroll right before the fights like I did with the heroes The main 2 that I strategized the pets for was Shambler Pet in Act 1 and Tick in Act 2. Act 1 is tough cause of 1 less region, and cause the locks are as buffed as they are. So, IMO, a solid strat is to just realize that you're starting out kind of from behind and try to make up as much ground as you can, so go the Shambler pet and pray that Jealous Whisper/Snap Judgment or something along those lines can save you. I actually didnt even do this for this attempt cause I got really good trinkets from the Tangle but in other attempts vs the locks I've had success with just going for Shambler trinkets. Not being able to scout is obviously very punishing, but at least with Act 1 being shorter, if you do get screwed with scouting somehow it's less time lost than if it was on another region. In Act 2, the Tick is nice because there will be turns vs the Lungs that you'll be down to 1 hero turn left and some health on front/back lung left, so having the Blood for a guarantee is nice. You need to have as much consistency as you can, so if your thrown dagger does 7 or something when you need it to do more, it doesn't automatically make you tank a hard hit. Plus a speed token to give you another edge in the next turn can help you set up better. In general, I'd say go for the pets that have some sort of use during a boss fight and are relatively. So the health/speed from Rabbit, Blood from the Tick, Shambler pet, Snake for healing, etc. Something like the Owl for debuff piercing or Slime for debuff resist isn't the worst but there's a higher chance you don't get the stagecoach items necessary to get enough value out of them. 5% debuff piercing or 5% debuff resist isn't going to save you too much, plus the stagecoach items for those 2 are pretty underwhelming in general. Shrieker chick is always good if you feel like you want baubles. I don't know about croc honestly, the Bastard's fights are very long so you'd get more value out of the damage but idk if you wanna go against a super buffed Act 4 with -5 speed on each character, croc definitely pretty risky. Medicine Chest for +6 stack on restoratives is almost a must every act if you can find it IMO. Being able to have more healing salves in a fight or whatever is huge, plus it lets you carry 8 Restorative Herb inn items and those give you disgusting healing in the fight if you stack them. Tea Service and Leaf Suspension are very important if you can find them also, at the very least as you're heading into the Mountain. Relationships are your best bet at carrying you through this, so anything that you can do to get those up like with the Pot and Still is huge. Another general tip is that you should treat the poultices like gold for whatever act you're in. Make sure your tank can't get Behold'd with stun poultices, make sure preferably nobody can bleed in Act 4. The bleed from Rumination is disgusting, I literally don't know how you're supposed to deal with that unless you resist it
@@Mariner_Hawk thanks for the detailed answer. Ive always like the snake because healing for tons of health helps so much and medical gear is so easy to get thanks to hospitals and the surgeon miniboss. I ll try the tick on act 2, never thought about it.

@@Mariner_Hawk i dont like the rabbit because the speed increase screws you over if you re going for tangle trinkets which i almost always do for my tank. And i dont like hoarding food either. My inventory already gets full fast as it is.
@@MrStinkels yeah I see what you mean. If you're lucky enough to get Food Barrels in the Valley inn, that can mostly fix the hoarding issues. But yeah I see what you mean, Shrieker chick is a good alternative then, never hurts to have more baubles and crit if you can get scouting gear. Even if you don't get scouting gear the baubles make the pet worth it. Good luck on your runs!
