Its been 3 months i have started meditation..i was suffering from worst anxiety and was on heavy medication but after following your all meditation guidance i have not taken a single medicine from last two months..its been a feeling that i have also started to live a life again..and now m so habitual of your voice and videos that i dont find any other meditation videos useful to me...great work. In this video u said it takes alot of hardwork for you to make all these videos. as your follower i must say your hardwork is fruitful to many of us. Thank you 😇 may god bless a beautiful soul.. 😇

It is clear that the location of Muladhar chakra is bottom of the spine. Pl. Clarify the proper location of others chakra (like in spine also or different parts of body i.e genital, naval, heart, throat, eyebrow and crown)

Thank you so much dr. I did this meditation . And it was like a miracle happed . All my blockages of negativity cleared it now . I was in creatical financial problems and I couldn't sleep for a whole night continuesly . After doing this yesterday I sleept very well , calmly , and for a whole night. It was a great experience for me . Because of your guided meditation I came out of the situation . I am following your all videos and I am doing this from long time . I did this 1st time. and I don't know why tears came in my eyes. I felt something very special but i can't express it in words. But when the session got over i was back to before state of emotions. 😊 Does it really cleanse all chakars and gives clarity in thoughts. please advise.
