It's interesting how we carry our younger selves inside us throughout our lives. We may be an adult, one who supposedly can handle the challenges that life throws at us. But a part of us is still 5 years old, or 10 years old or 15 years old. We have not lost those parts of ourselves and sometimes they come back to us in happy or unhappy memories. At some point in life we become the person who protects our younger self, the one who needed an older, wiser and stronger guardian spirit. // I remembered this when I saw Harry Potter casting the Patronum as he lay besieged by the dementors at the edge of the lake.

If you are a beginner to meditation, this CD will walk you through all the steps of relaxing and breathing as well as sending out the positive thoughts of love and kindness that will be returned to you. We have several CD's, but this one is a favorite that we choose most often.

When pain comes knocking, it changes the air. Stifling the breath, making it hard to care. We stop and hold back the trusting process. Believing we are not meant to happy, so we settle for less. But belief in yourself is the start, it is the way to reclaim your heart. The steps towards it may be small, but to find such peace, we have to give it our all. Then the pain has less power as the heart begins to grow. Somewhere deep inside, it already knows. That it can heal, it can trust again to feel. So take your time, allow yourself to care. One day when the pain comes knocking, It wont have the power to stifle the air. Because love will find you and it will be there.

I've been listening to these frequencies for more than a year now and I can say that these tones have powerful effect overall in my body, mind, and spirit. I found it on Spotify accidentally and I immediately fell in love with such sounds. I can't explain exactly how but I can feel it like now, I am more focused, it even relieved my anxiety. I am more conscious of what's happening around me. I feel like I am now more aware of myself and somehow connected to the environment that I am dealing with on a day to day basis. And also, I can feel God's presence stronger like He's just beside me, watching over and guiding me. Definitely, something inside has been healing and overall, I feel better than before.

I always turn to solfegio tones as sadly lacking in this world imagine airports hospital s and schools playing this music in the background. We need it. My favorite doctor plays this in his rooms every day and realy makes all the difference in the healing process. Seems like healing is my main goal and focus in this life. James ryan Dait Yes, you beautifully stated my belief in the Truth of the Oneness of All That IS...I mean, How Could it be any other way? Being created by & Of the All-ness Of Source, it’s Only possible for us to remain One... we just get to choose & create a different, separation reality. For me, the only answer to that question a result of the matrix program; it taught, pushed & keeps reinforcing- through fear- the illusion of separation rather than Wholeness & Unity...whenever & however “it” can. At some point (& many say it was the fall of Atlantis), we stepped our vibration Waaay down from the multidimensional, Soul integrated Be-ings of our Original Creation to the Very limited human aspect only. We became able to be convinced/tricked that we could Only believe in what the human body’s 5 senses could perceive... actually only One percent of what is our True Divine Nature as multisensory Beings. In other words by the law of correspondence/“As within, So without”, this new mind-body dissonance of separation could only perceive that limited/limiting reality which matched & radiated the electro-magnetic “Attractor Factor” equal to this perception, thereby pulling in a matched material reality. We no longer lived in the Stillpoint of God-Mind/the Quantum zero-point Field of Oneness of All that is... we now lived in separation, throughout our whole bodies, between each other, & the same with Source. Good News is that this is the Miraculous time for all sleeping humans to reAwaken to their existence as Be-ings that are God- Sovereign- Free. This means that rather than choosing the perception that any of our Brothers & Sisters are ‘lagging behind’, & perhaps stalling the collective Ascension of humanity back into Oneness, we Choose the same View as Creator: we were all granted free will that would be honored by allowing all their own timing for this Shift. We See them as Divine Love at their Core & hold the Space for them to follow, or not, according to Their Soul’s Chosen Lifeplan, rather than our expectations or insistence. And, the reality is that many chose Not to Ascend in this lifetime, & others who Did chose to Ascend have- through their free will- change their mind & remain in such resistance to this Planned stage of Awakening & reconnecting to their Divine Nature Of Oneness. Wow, I haven't had a good dream in years. And it was about my true love, even tho I haven't seen him in15 years. I have noticed that I cannot think about any memories, even good ones w/o crying. Maybe this will heal that! I even cry about the future.

Good reply. But I know exactly how writer is. Lost my one true love 31 yrs ago. She's 250 miles away around my home place and the pain never goes away. Keep listening to these uploads and more. I had the best meditation ever to this. I smoked a joint, put in my headphones & then went into a very relaxed and peaceful state. Right before i fell asleep to this, the visuals & patterns that eye saw were pretty fucking amazing!

p.s meditation is know for wellbeong but came from a not true religion that came from when mans want to be happy and spiritual being but ignore the holy scriptures like bible that the only one god(father jesus and holy spirit) gived to us search a church near you try to seek god and read the bible a little every day and you will be happy jesus has a place only for you in heaven sorry for bad english peace

admiraliggz Why all the anger? Why is it your responsibility to spread negativity? Only asking because I doubt his choice of religion was to be directly aimed at you. Where's the love at that ALL of us need so badly, regardless of beliefs. We're all made from the same atoms thats compiled in these flesh armor suits. Just let a little peace rinse and flush away the negatives while that warm flow of love resets those switches with positives.
