Who Am I?

Customer Acquisition Cost or CAC is a very important parameter to be kept under check right in the early stages of the startup. It is essential to keep a check on a startup's profitability path.

If a company has a free trial model. So in a month 1000 users registered but only 100 of them purchased the package.. then which number will be taken for CAC? 1000 or 100? 🤔
