I already know where I'm buying, so it will be a lay-up sale for you. I just need your input abt living in Brickell and wanting to enjoy South Beach on some weekends... Would it be cheaper to drive and pay for parking in South beach or should I uber from Brickell each time? Also, does Brickells free public transportation take people to Miami Beach(South beach) as well? Lastly, on average how long is the drive from Brickell to South Beach? You can contact me anytime. But just to answer briefly, It will be easier to drive honestly unless there is an event or holiday in Miami Beach then yes Uber. There are no transportation yet to Miami beach but they are working on it. The drive may be about 15 mins its very very close. Hope this helps, shoot me a text or email.

An honest real estate agent would discuss the rising oceans - and future flooding. The Spring Break violence doesnt help however ottherwise its a nice place- friendly and scenic. Renting is much smarter than buying though.

Hey man! It has to be with the lifestyle you expect to have. At this moment Miami is a little bit overpriced, not as other big cities as New York or Chicago though. With low budget you could get an studio or sharing an apartment and split the bills. But yes it's probably you can get a job here
Hope Miami Beach gives you a warm welcome! Besides the traffic on rush hour and the tourism, noise and movement that Miami Beach has (wich some people love) I think there are not other major issues hahah
LOL I could tell you were stoned when you did this and its cool. You never mentioned the "cons" and there is only one big one and that is the rising ocean and flooding. Miami Beach is wonderful but even real estate agents admit its a huge problem. You should have mentioned this right off the bat.
thanks again Steve! I know for a fact the rising sea level will be solved as they are working tremendously on it. And true I forgot about flooding since it hasn't happened in so long but yes that's a good one! When it rains a lot some areas of Miami do get flooded and it sucks!

Plus I told you I was sick with covid. On top of that Sir, you are looking to move in June 2021 you wrote me October 2020 that is 8 months away.
