Good Morning Laura my name is Sharlene and I’m trying to make sure I am doing what’s good for my hair process with my Loc’s to give you a little more information my niece started my loc’s but decided this is not what she wanted to do anymore so I’m left with trying to take care of them myself but I know my hair does not get enough moisturizer not sure how often to wash my hair or what products are best for me to use I really hope you can help me with my journey because now that I have to finish this project on my own I really want my Loc’s to look and feel healthy. Any information you can help me with would be greatly appreciated I wanted to send you a picture of my Loc’s but wasn’t sure if I could looking forward to hearing from you to help me along my process. Hey Sharlene! How are you doing? I'm so happy to read that you are doing what's good of your hair. Aww! I'm glad that you had your locs started and I could understand the frustration of having to maintain your locs without planning to do so. I use rose water daily for moisture and seal in the moisture with an oil. Some people don't like using oils in their hair but it wouldn't hurt to try it and see. I'd love to see your locs! I wash my hair about twice a month to keep my scalp clean and try to keep it covered to avoid lint. I hope this helps!
