Good one bro's as like everytime. you rightly said govt & judicial should be really putting more people to understand the common mans concerns & hurdles we all go thru this difficult times. not just going by supporting some companies or pvt sectors. Those are called business models and there are N number of people taking care of profiting from common man already. Govt should be protective for us from any of these.

I have paid road tax to many states, never got refund. I am now in Mumbai and purchased a new car last year, has MH registration, can I now change to BH series.

If I am eligible for BH registration my road tax for car with Ex showroom price between 10 L to 15 L will be 10% of price without GST is beneficial because now it is 13% of ex showroom price,but it is for 15 yrs. In BH it is 10%, but for what duration ? If I opt 2 yrs or part there of is it proportionate? If so proportionate based on 14 yrs. Any clarity in it 10% for 14 yrs?

That's another scam, I live in a district that has not a single toll road. And I never really need to drive on one to another city or place. Still I'm compelled to buy fast tag when I buy a car.
