Neetaji, thank you for showing us this path to enlightenment. To do jibberish meditation we first think of the situations in which we felt we were being taken advantage of? Next, do we think of the people who exploited us and pretend to scold them loudly with sounds that have no meaning? Lastly, we do this for 20 minutes the first time and 10 minutes each time afterwards? Oh, did you say to have music playing in the background?
Yes you got it right. You can do for as long as you feel the emotions coming up. If you do with full focus, then you need to do Only ONCE in lifetime for a particular problem and usually it takes around 20 minutes. Next time you repeat for another problem and not the earlier one.

Yes it is Manipura Chakra weakness because the Mother feels responsible for her children’s behavior and feels shame. She is weak today because she feels she has spoilt/ruined her children through her upbringing but doesn’t realize that if she activates her Manipura Chakra she will have the power to change their behavior and not feel shame. This requires trust and faith in herself and also more patience in dealing with the children as they learn lessons on their own.
