And I couldn’t agree more with getting that position coach and the other position coach to interview this guy and that guy.

Won’t say anything till we see results. We’ve said this about every new gm and head coach prior to this. Hope ur right tho

@@samuelczaikowski9232 For sure The coaches still have to implement their schemes & plans while both players & coaches have to execute. We need continuity & collaboration in the front office & in coaching which we have. The previous leadership continually made bad choices like cutting our best Olineman last year & we consistently lost. Judge probably deserved another year but we had to get a fresh vision & replace the GM & Head Coach at the same time. It’s vital that we have a shared philosophy & good working relationship with the front office & coaches now because it’s a collaborative effort in NFL more than ever. Anway, if we can get some continuity, consistency & competitiveness it will be a huge improvement. We had a ridiculously abnormal number of injuries which hurt us but it was obvious to fans & journalists alike that Gettleman ignored basic things like Oline & Oline depth. We can have all the weapons in the world but it means nothing if you can’t block & protect. I think DG overcomplicated things. If we can just get back to the basics & fundamentals, it’s a building block. I think we have a smart, talented & experience group who should be a huge improvement. We have to see but we also have to be patient.

I think he was a major reason why the last few Eagles drafts classes have not been completely garbage.
