Bro, Nous is an Aeon that actually makes me feel a bit fear, the way they seem bigger than an entire planet, the sound they make, their robotic appearance just in the middle of the vastness of the universe is so fucking creepy to me and i absolutely love it (and i also love their path)
@@L16htW4rr10r its simillar, but actually its different. Iirc elios power is future vision or something like revelation from a certain being. But nous's doing is just calculating the future with the datas from the past and the present, even mythus with his faking datas power cant do much against them. Im really waiting for nous gazing into mc, making mc joining the genius society, what power will they get from them. 😆
Nous is extremely creepy to me. Imagine being deep in space and not only witnessing a huge machine like entity, but also hearing it make that ear piercing sound...
Fun fact: If you did a simulated universe swarm disaster and revealed IX for the first time, Herta will FORCE to End & Finalize the challenge and that doesn't count as completing the simulated universe
I was thinking the exact same thing and was wondering why no one pointed that out. An aeon that looks a bit silly? Or is that not his eyes? I thought it was just me for whatever reason
It would make a little bit of sense, seeing as Legwork’s closest friend in the end was a History Fictionologist(?) or whatever Gallagher ended up being. We don’t know who created Gallagher, so it wouldn’t be too far off to make a theory that the Watchmaker crafted him with knowledge from his home planet

I hope we can see Emenator of Equilibrium in the future. The concept of Equilibrium and the fact that HooH is one of the oldest Aeon is so intimidating

I just finished Penacony's story so spoiler alert. Ena's end is definitely a sad footnote explained on this arc. THEY pretty much put their Order making the universe more habitable for life to thrive. The Swarm disaster could've gone much worse if it were not for THEM. But THEY was swallowed by Harmony, which ascended from a collective of individuals(or maybe worlds, since we are talking on Aeon level) whom realized that they're but a puppet in Ena's thread, and "Harmoniously" desire Ena's demise. The crazy thing is, if you read Ena's lore, you'd know that THEY were a control freak, big time. Ena was the reason Destruction and Abundance doesn't exist back then, THEY were actively suppressing them because it goes against THEIR Order. But it doesn't happen with Xipe's ascension. Ena didn't suppress this one, in-game text implies Ena doesn't do anything at all, no resistance, no words, nothing. Even when THEY knew it would end with THEIR demise, in a world where worlds yearn for THEIR fall... Ena chooses to be peacefully swallowed by Xipe. Because it will bring Order back once more...
An interesting theory I’ve seen is that Ena’s absorption was at least partially influenced by HooH. This stems off of the fact that, being the control freak THEY are, Ena wanted to end the chaos caused by Tayzzyronth and Ouroboros. THEY made a secret deal with Qlipoth during the alliance against the Swarm that never came to pass but likely had something to do with Ouroboros. And we know traces of the Equilibrium appeared throughout the Swarm Disaster, since Tayzzy was causing too much chaos and thus had to be put to an end. The theory, IIRC, basically says that, because Ena was trying to end Ouroboros as well, the Equilibrium between guardian Aeons (Qlipoth, Ena) and destructive Aeons (Ouroboros, Aha? though THEY’RE mostly a wild card so I’m not too sure) would be broken (which it currently was due to Tayzzy but now it would be broken on the protector’s side). So in order to quell that, HooH assisted in Xipe’s ascension and absorption of Ena to prevent THEM from ending Ouroboros and maintaining Equilibrium. Similar theories also suggest Aha was part of that whole affair since THEY’RE extremely gracious and friendly towards Xipe in SD.
@@ew2dr Likely because Chinese has a non-gendered pronoun for the divine. It's kinda like how the Christian God is referred to as "He/Him" with a capitalized first letter. I guess it's the HSR's English translator's take on it.
Man, hearing Xipe and Ena’s sounds again after finishing 2.2 hits a bit different…I appreciate how you put those two back to back so we can easily compare and contrast their vibes after Sunday very nearly did something truly regrettable involving both.
IX's shape vaguely reminds me of recorded black hole sounds translated into something human ears can hear, albeit more haunting and ghostly with the latter. In this one, it sounds like a mysterious ping on a location.

I might get back into hsr just because i like the aeons designs, i love HooH and Nous abstract and enigmatic character designs are my favourite in fiction thats why i love scps so much

nous's is amazing, sounds like something theyd let out when performing calculations on formulas about the universe also reminds me of the horns from the tripods in war of the worlds
I hope one of these days we get a new playable path for characters with Elation and Rememberance. They already hinted Sampo is gonna regain his Fools mask so that would be a cool debut of that.
IX reminds me of the sound effect for king crimson activating in jojo. You rarely hear the full thing in the show but you can find it on youtube and its one of of not the best stand activation noises
Nous of the Erudition is what I'd imagine Nova from the Kirby universe to be like with Star Rail's setting. A gargantuan cosmic mechanism of human construct. I'd imagine the invasive civilization of Kirby Robobot would be the closest thing to resemble the Genius Society with how technologically advanced they were & how they revolutionized (forcefully) the world of Dreamland in that game. Man what a great game Robobot was 😢
