it's honestly great. We're out here posing with our imaginary friend while Pom-Pom is doing donuts on the boss's face. Also, Himiko's line for the train attack went hard af in delivery
5:00 - "Penacony's first, and last, disharmony" 5:09 - "Those imprisoned in their dreams are awakening for freedom" 6:23 - "Witness...the will of the weak!" 8:24 - "Brother...The weakness of humanity cannot be redeemed by others" 9:24 - "Even if the future is full of pain...we won't escape from it!" 9:59 - "You have a noble soul...Don't be shackled by the past!" Each Astral Express member and Robin having a dialogue for Sunday every time you use the special move makes this boss fight so memorable.
One of the main reasons I pulled for him. I absolutely loved white night. Watching his arc unfold in 2.1 made me like him even more. And the fact that he turned out to be so broken, making this boss fight a breeze. Couldn't ask more from my boy.
2.3 *fingers crossed* They may also dance to a new song because Hoyo's music producer teases a mysterious song will appear in 2.3 during Robin's Album PV.
@@krimsonk-9478 basically after doing the story quest, the weekly version of this attack will only feature the train. Unless Hoyoverse decide to update this in their next patch. This will sadly be the only time we will see clockie and trailblazer doing their cool poses
@@alvinhow7996 some better than others but yeah, HTB and Ruan Mei make anyone a Break DPS until Boothill and Firefly come and break Super Break like other units had done to Follow Up and DoT
- I'm gonna explain the ENTIRE penacony timeline to avoid confusion! + Real timeline: Travel to penacony ( *without Misha* ) and beat Sunday. The result is *temporal lose* , Sunday trapped everyone in the loop below + Ena timeline (2.0 to 2.2): Ache asked at beginning of 2.0 to try to warn us but in vain. We travel to penacony and beat Sunday again, and win ( *fake victory, all part of Sunday plan* ). Sunday want us win to forever trap us in his dream of Order. + Ache, Firefly, Robin then Swan drag everyone out of fake timeline, then plan to surpass Sunday's voice of Order => Back to real timeline, the true final battle. All Galaxy rangers unite, waking everyone from the dream of Order. We kick Sunday ass to show him error of his ways.
How is acheron bad? Considering she doesnt do like breaker levels of break damage but atill good. Oh you didnt bring a single addutonao nihility. So why bring ahceron lmao without her damage bonuses lol.
The team I used which is now my current team also are Luocha, Aventurine, Caelus and Imbibitor Lunae. This team is so fun to beat Sunday tho- I love Harmony mc!
I used this exact team too (though used the Story version of my MC as my actual MC only had his Traces at like... Level 3 and unupgraded relics), and it might be my go to team for any Imaginary weak bosses now (once I get my actual Harmony MC built up).
For me atleast, i went in with quite the goofy team. Geppie, Natasha, Harmony MC and Raiden Bosenmori Mei (Acheron) The last phase was basically a cake-walk, since the move that Sunday does, deals less damage to the shield the less characters there are. The only ones that ended up living till last phase were MC and Geppie. So... easy business :3
I think my team was even goofier then yours. I went with Aventurine, Dr Ratio, HTB, and Luocha. Pretty scuffed but none of my character's health went in the red lmao. It only took like 30 minutes, particularly in phase 2 cause Ratio was the only one doing any real damage.
"It's, it's, BY GOD IT'S POM POM WITH THE ASTRAL EXPRESS!" 2.0 - 2.2 has been so dang amazing. The final fight with Sunday was very emotional and so well was executed with dialogue and the music. Hoyo really cooked with this one.
My line up for this was Harmony Trailblazer, Himeko, Luocha and Gepard. I’ve tried every line up with my best units but it doesn’t work. Gepard with Landau really mitigated the damage for me.
IIRC there was at least one other bit earlier (I think it was during the extended bit in the theater, when Sunday talks about Ena's past) that sounded a lot like creation as described in the book of Genesis. This fight is what made it really obvious though, not only the "creation in 7 days" sequence but also Sunday's ultimate attack mimicking Michelangelo's Creation of Adam (one of the most famous frescoes from the Sistene Chapel ceiling).
Robins song is making Penacony to Peakony, finally I got the Herrscher of Flamescion/Human Ego/Finality vibe (not that the story before wasn't so good, they just weren't on that level yet)
I wonder if Yukong was added would have been faster... I'm basing it on how Yukong's skill tree that if you unlock all imaninary damage in the team will be increased passively, then there are the buffs.
Sparkle is just lying there, utterly defeated. I didn't realize it the first time... but for a Masked Fool, this dream of paradise and order would be a living hell for her. She had the will to escape the delusion, but not to defeat it.
I did this fight with Mono-Imaginary too, except my party was Ratio + Aventurine + Welt + Harmony MC Also I love that everyone on the express says a line when you activate the train, it just makes it that much more impactful
man i went in this fight blind and went in with himeko topez and loucha just to do it himeko was like i should of used ratio after going in no regrets i still won
I'm confused, this is not how my battle went. Robin didn't show up to help my team. That entire cutscene with the falling feather at 4:37 didn't happen for me at all.
You can actually make a full imaginarya boys team only composed of characters who have pretty impotant roles throughout the penaconny story ^^ ratio aventurine Welt TB although Dhil did appear in it too, but only in the final chapter It was almost the team I used against him But I ended up going with Welt/Aventurine/Acheron/TB. It just felt right to use Acheron and Aventurine, the two most developed characters within the Penaconny story (with Sunday and Mikhail, but they ain't playa- "looks at misha"...well my misha is still lv 20 give me some slack)
