@@KeyBoardWarriorz310 contact their CS department. They replaced two uppers I had with misaligned front sight bases. Doesn’t mean it doesn’t suck to have a malfunctioning product, but they’ll fix it eventually. How long that takes is the question lol

@@nolancarlson5505my experience with them is the exact opposite. I love the company and what they stand for, but they are not the PSA I knew of that started in palmetto. Grew up in Bradenton / palmetto when they were just starting out fast forward to today and I can’t even do business with them anymore. The customer service is luck of the draw and their QC really bad. That’s putting it respectfully.

They have a market for Blem products so chances there will be bad parts sold to consumers

We all agree that a 'bad part' will not be sent out. That's cool. The issue is both sides can have different definitions of a 'bad' part. If a customer asks for 99% good parts, the supplier will separate 100% good ones and replace one part with a 'bad' one to meet the spec. Happens more often than people imagine😊

The new TC-E KS-47 Bolt carrier group features a new and improved Toolcraft enhanced extractor.

@@PalmettoStateArmoryVideos yep, i have broken 3 of them. I first had the gen 1 extractor that lasted about 300 rounds before it broke. By then the TC-E one was out so i tried one of those and that broke around the same round count (it is a 10.5" barrel). The I decided to baby it as much as i could by using an adjustable gas block and tuning the gas until it ejected reliably to make sure I wasn't over gassing the system and installed an H2 buffer setup from JP enterprises. Since then I have broken 2 more TC-E extractors, 1 kak, 1 black rifle arms and 1 sharps rifle company extractor. You can get away with it on the 16 inch guns with longer gas systems but not the shorty bois.

If they go public, then the have a legal duty to the stockholders. That usually means cutting corners to maximize profit.
