So why make this video?
I decided I was very unhappy with my previous video about the FoC soldiers, so I decided to redo the video. Here are all of the improvements of this video (and the next):
-Play as ALL of the soldiers
-Use more soldier weapons
-Give soldiers vehicle forms that they never had by default
-Improve their functionality and playability by giving them huds, camsets, etc.
-Use the correct energon/weapon/primary and secondary color schemes
Some issues I still have:
-Unable to activate their stances
-Unable to use their character blueprints (if that's even possible)

For those who are unaware, we are also reviving the Transformers game servers, since they were shut down by Activision in 2020. Please spread the word about this effort to get more hands on board. We are doing this project on discord, and the link to this server is in the description.

I always called them clones since there was so many of them in the game. I guess they could be like Clone troopers from Star Wars.

I like the flyers, wish we could use their alt mode in MP. It also would’ve been cool if for the final mission of the game you play as the nameless soldiers from each faction first before taking control of the main characters like Soundwave, Jetfire, etc.

I don’t understand why High Moon didn’t give these guys proper alt modes like how they did with the troopers in the first game. Plus I don’t know why they didn’t give most of them original designs. Most of the troopers are just an amalgamation of character parts. For example a Decepticon soldier will have the chest of Onslaught, the legs of Breakdown and the wings of Silverbolt. It’s just so bizarre to me.

It’s kind of interesting that the soldiers in the game reuse some parts of the other characters, and not just make custom parts like they did in wfc.

I wonder if with an updated version of the cosmetic mod we can actually had these parts and all to the MP… Maybe some modders (and I if I can find the game on PC…) can do something because we probably got the way to got the best version of the game

I'm interested: Is it possible to create mod, where some parts of the Autobot and Decepticon troopers was available in the character creator? Just some parts (especially heads) looks interesting to me.

The broken anim for the heavy is fixable but I highly doubt the others are. But that's just what I think

I'm quite confused with the lore of the game. Are these guys sentient transformers or just manufactured drones with voice-boxes?

They are supposed to be actual Transformers as the seekers are (I mean except the balls drones)

They are actual transformers. They only look alike because the developers aren't going to create unique character designs for hundreds of different characters. In-universe they all look different.
