While many are just report based other are not.
I spoke to a source close to the studios to get to the route of the issue.
I speak about many streamers that are up to no good.

Tbh macro is hard cuz u need two buttons to switch weapons. One for the macro and the other for normal weapon switch if ur having a hard time doing it normally a macro is even harder

If someone plays on my profile and they cheat I get to ban no if ands or buts and I can't get it undone but it's streamer can which is disgusting. This game is made for streamers and PC players and that is it. They don't care about us console players. If they did they would turn off cross-play for good. Let consoles play with consoles and let PC play with PC if they would do that. No console player would deal with cheating

I'm a hardcore player. And over the last two weeks me and my crew have been getting mopped by players getting head shots as soon as we spawned from across the map. My immediate thought was he's cheating. Then he gets the whole team. We all report the player. And BOOM! Ricochet appears on the kill feed. Ricochet is working. If you suspect a player is cheating report them and Ricochet will do the rest. If a players knows where everyone is with no UAV up,gets head shots,and never misses? He's cheating. Report him.

I deleted the game after the bops6 update, streamers and cheaters have ruined the game. I for one will not be playing till the problem gets solved and that means getting rid of all cheaters for good. could you imagine if every legit player told the franchise that they were done playing till all cheaters were banned, they would end up doing something. Good luck to those who still play and are not cheaters.

Yeah me and my buddies play at an iridescent/top 250/masters level in ranked. Zero bans among us. However we have absolutely ran across players blatantly tracking through walls and aimbotting in the beta (we normally win but that’s just because we are better than dogshitters with cheats). I personally have reported around 20ish people and roughly 15-18 have come back successfully actioned reports. While I do feel bad for people like shotzzy and crim6 who got temp banned and are just good at the game, I kinda appreciate the current system better.

Shadowban lobbies are hilarious on MWIII. My little sister whos awful somehow got shadowed and the lobbies are filled with rage hackers. So instead of actually banning the people shooting in the sky and killing people they're just getting shadowed.

I played Blops 6 Beta over the weekend. It's f horrible every match has people abusing aim assist with the sniper rifles. No skill or aim required at all. Really awful game and i think the "new movement" makes it easier for speed/movement hackers to not get caught. F coD f Treyarch F activision.

Bro I got temporary banned day 1 of the damn beta. Dropped 60 plus elims for like 6-7 games in a row. Been using the same account same account since Xbox 360 days. No macros or anything. Just a PC and a stock series x controller. Trust me I only have a 1.5kd in warzone.

The shadowbans are only in place so that someone can manually review the gameplay in question. A lot of it is done by AI now tho. It’s kinda like being arrested, you are then charged or released.

Well i recently found a some clips from back when the Caldera map was around. Two clips in particular, i think might be important. it's hard to deny that an aimbot is being used. One of Symfuhny (his movement doesn't match his mousecam), and one of Cloakzy (I wasn't even suspicious of him before I saw this clip.) Would you be interested in seeing them? The amount of new accounts I run into in Warzone and MW3 around the 45-50 mark with high kills (normally top of the leaderboard) and blatant cheating, I would say this isn't work very well unless it only captures those 20 and below

Streamers have most DEFINITELY been the death of Call of Duty as we know it. Gone are the days of toxic lobbies and just casually playing with your homies. Nowadays, you need Cronus and be able to act like a bunny rabbit on cocaine. Everyone is trying to get sponsored by TimtheTatman or ZLaner when they play it feels like. I can only last 3-4 games before the SBMM and TTV clan players just ruin the fun.

My biggest concern is anyone using a duel PC setup can use cheats and never get detected, this is a huge problem since all streamers run 2 pc's minimum. Additionally, they will be using spoofers to get into console lobbies to ruin the game for the last remaining domain of "casual gamers" just looking for fun, as the games were intended way back in the day.

I was going hammmm for about 2 hours on my 2011 act account that’s never once been sb/temp banned let alone chat banned. I randomly get dc during beta but just the “disconnected from server” message. I reboot back up and just sitting in cod hq menu, then 10 mins later I randomly get hit with a temp ban for 179 hours 🙄 what sucks is that I’ve been iri for 8+ seasons in a row and I play hella pubs and not once ever got sb , now this bo6 beta just fks up my account now over this false bs. The ones that receive random emails about policy violations are just shadowbanned. The ones that received emails of manipulation of game data are using macros. He has since been unbanned.

Its so easy for these people to hack because its the same server thats been used for a decade now, the server is just a big web of add ons and will never be cheating free. What the devs need to do is permanently ban any and all streamers cheating or not, lower the hype of the game and stop paying them in tournaments. We all know thats not going to happen, good or bad press is free advertisement for the devs and will never, ever be addressed until we stop paying for the game. Ive been playing cod since big red one so if you're in your 20s, ive been playing longer then some of you have been alive and its sad to see the game being overun by kids that cheat. A few weeks ago in hardcore you could report someone for cheating and you could send in the info on what they were doing like aimbot etc.. Now you can report but not tell them the cheat they were performing. Puzzling!
