@whataboutredlorry The back is supposed to be arched. It's not bad for the back as long as the glutes don't come of the seat. This in conjunction with retracted shoulders enables the pecs better and the whole body is activated. Ask any pro powerlifter.
while encouraging that I can do all those things in the gym with equal or more weight. it just goes to show that the weight room is just a small part of a rugby player. There is no way in hell that I can keep up with any of them on the field.
Dear All Blacks, I humbly invite you to help out the meager rugby nation of Scotland. We're overly shite and you're amazing. Yours sincerely, the people of Scotland
hahahaha this guy is still on going on,I have better things to do then have my short comings judged by you. Here is another free lesson hahaha. 1.People especially the ones in the video really don't care about what you or I have to say 2. Treat people with respect and they might listen to what you have to say. I've made some mistakes, but I'll say it again, I've Moved on from those mistakes, be a grown person and do the same.
Some of them have bad form on their bench press. They are letting their backs 'round' off the bench, taking stress there... instead of tightening the abs and pressing down into the bench. tsktsk
@whataboutredlorry thats the technique for powerlifting mate you bend your back so all the weight if focused on your pectorals and shoulders, cant believe you're arrogant enough to think you know better than expert strength coaches!
@jpbet Judging is judging, matters not who or what it is.I'm man enough to admit that and I've moved on, you on the other hand running your mouth, Judging me. Get over it, I have. I could careless if you think I'm gotten over that phase or not. I'll say it again, I'VE MOVED ON. Have a coke and smile and learn the lesson of judging, unless you get payed in court to judge people, don't do it, Judging 101 free of charge. I'm done with this topic, it's mind numbing.
