I am so amazed to see a gym with variety of aparatus fully utilized by well-mannered All Blacks athletes. Go NZ! May you be blessed with more champion trophies!
@@seanyshepfit it even comes from content creators these days. I follow creators like Hakatime Rugby, the guy who made Bok Memes into BallCarrier RSA, The Black Jersey and Rugby Analyst because you can tell they used to play themselves and actually understand what’s going on around the field unlike people such as Squidge Rugby and Two Cents Rugby 😂
Irish lad here well for you lovely gym our Boys have to train on there Farm s ha ha ha remember its not what u do but how u do it.respect to all love my Rugby aw ok ime a ould Lad 78 now oh back in my gym days u benched with ur legs off the floor raised up straight so no leg help ..was he only benching 100 kg hmmmm lol
Because they’re not trying to focus on the muscle with that movement. If you notice the trainer (gray shirt) standing to the left of the bench presser yelling out numbers with each rep that he’s reading off the little iPad screen that’s connected to the bench press, it’s because the sensor is reading the explosive power the bench presser is generating with each rep. The reason: they’re trying to simulate explosive power that can closely translate to the type of explosive power needed on the pitch (field). Athletes don’t necessarily work out like bodybuilders nor are they concerned with building their muscles all the time. They want muscle and explosive power to translate onto the field to make them better athletes. Exploding the bar off the chest (bouncing as you call it) closely simulates pushing or stiff arming someone on the field with the necessarily explosive power.
That’s a lot of skills and very little lifting for a gym workout. Hoping the boys are putting in some serious lifting because physicality and power over the gainline has been a problem as teams getting bigger and stronger
@@RugbyLover86 we're talking about taking your job seriously. .and All Blacks is the pride of NZ. A whole nation relying on them.. Not about how strong you are lol
@@sioux1018 your argument is basically centred around how people shouldn’t be able to communicate about enjoying their job between sets. The All Blacks are allowed to have fun and you’re still able to find clips of them enjoying themselves while training from the McCaw era 😂 You wouldn’t know anything about that though would you, you’re too busy projecting your obvious misery with your day-to-day life on the internet, in a comments section the players probably won’t even read 🤣
