For paid courses is it one time payment only or we have to pay monthly? And is there any discount code available for now? I would like to buy your paid courses.
As always, excellently explained. Thank you! I recently went through all the Boolean Path Operations for myself. This was particularly necessary because Inkscape 1.3 opened up even more possibilities. Nevertheless, the video gave me further ideas. And to be honest, I didn't fully understand "Split Path". The trick of splitting text as a path is very helpful!
I have long to really learn the indepth usage of boolean operations in Inkscape. This elaborate tutorial did it. Thank you so much. God bless. Next is the "snapping tool", I am still confused about how to properly use it.
Thank you very much. You were clear and concise. This definitely cleared up a lot of things for me. Just need to experiment on my own to reinnforce what you taught.
I have some topo contour data in SVG format. It is 50 to 100 individual paths that are not closed and some of the individual topo lines have multiple sub paths. Each path is labeled/named as to elevation. This is valuable and I'd prefer not to lose this info. If I combine/uncombine I loose the original path names. I want to cut all the individual lines with a single square shape, keeping what is in the middle inside the square, and discarding permanently what is outside. The square can be lost in the process as well. I'm trying out various methods here, but haven't yet gotten one to work. Previously I tried using a mask, but that didn't seem to be the correct technique either.
@@G2GTriniGamer no, but I will look into it, I thought that was for building up shapes, I'm trying to get rid of lots of parts of paths at once. I found that I can do this easily in lightburn, so that may be the workflow solution I end up with
