@@aaa1e2r3 Yeah the later stages were a pain to get through with the debuffs lol. Especially the reduced HP/DEF made it so that you can die in a matter of seconds
@@Swrinny yeah, the way I was able to get through that one was I timed it so I went through when it was close to daylight, so that it would switch to daylight difficulty instead of having to deal with night time strength
The time stamps are so great. Awesome walkthrough for this frustrating part. I came here from another vid that was just 30 minutes with cutscenes included, no explanations, and zero timestamps. Totally worthless.
My gaming pet peeve is when they have sections like this when your character loses power tbh 😭 like I don’t think it’s necessarily bad, it definitely fits with the story. But I personally don’t enjoy having to run around to rebuff myself especially after all the hard work of levelling up...
Not a big fan of it either. Some games start with it and then it can work I guess, but doing it halfway through the game and have you replay stages feels a bit meh
I've had to wait like 3-5 harvests to go back through the nocturnal area. Also I've got no idea how video poster has like 3 times more hp than I do at this point XD. I must be playing wrong.
I'm not a huge fan of it either, except when it fits well with the story and the mobs are adjusted accordingly. At least you don't lose your abilities, you're just in a weakened state, which totally makes sense if you had to be breathing the air after a massive volcanic eruption.
I really liked it here at first - the idea of having to replay things as basically a speedrun, evade enemies, find new spots you might've overlooked... but it didn't really feel like it did that and it didn't really pay off. Having to find multiples and work off the pollution buff in little bits of fertiliser made it feel much less satisfying, I needed more positive reinforcement than I got, lol

Glad it helped! That one took me a long time to find too, especially since the night-time monsters were overpowered at that stage of the game :p Dragon's Tunnel is unlocked once you get the quest to upgrade the blacksmith. There's a big stone door somewhere in the stage that leads you underground that used to be locked, but now it's open. You can't really miss it if you re-explore the Dragon Tunnel once more at that point
Wow. All this time, I thought the Elder Elm was just a rare drop. To make it worse, I already got 2 and forgot where I got the 2, so I need to check all 4 locations.
Obtaining the Elder Elm is actually an exploration objective on the different stages. So you can check the 4 locations on the map and see which one you still have to find!
You get those from one of the boss battles in the purple-glowing stages, or at the depth of the Dragon Cave (very 1st stage behind the stone door). Hope this helps!
I just got the Bubbling Sandbar bounty from a chest to the left of the area you showed it being an enemy drop in. Did they change this or do I have to go get an enemy drop too
They might've changed it, or maybe there was something wrong with my playthrough. It was weird how there was 1 bounty item that seemed to drop from a monster for me where all others were placed in chests. But you should be good now as there's only 1 bounty item per stage.

Hey - the 3 bounty items you get in the purple stages are for defeating the bosses. I don't show those in the video because you can't miss them and I don't want to spoil the boss fights for those who want to experience it themselves. The bosses in each of the purple stages can be found in the "depths", so keep exploring those stages until you get there :)
No worries you're not blind :) You get the Gusto bounties by defeating a certain boss, the same goes for the other stats that aren't included in this video. The boss is located in one of the purple-glowing stages or in Dragon's Tunnel. Hope this helps!
You need to use the Bounty items as additional components in the fertilizer. So scoop up some poop -> create fertilizer with base components -> add additional components -> select the Bounty items -> wait 10 hours -> spread the fertilizer. Once you spread it, the effect immediately gets reduced based on how many Bounty items you've added. Hope this helps!
You can get these from trading your rice with the capital for items. You can do this by talking to Tama in the house. If you haven't unlocked it yet, you'll need to progress a bit further into the story
Hey - yup I've got all of them but thought they'd all come naturally so didn't take notes during my playthrough :c Have you tried checking the following: - Talking with Tauemon about rice during a harvest and looking into the status? - Used Salt to sort your rice husks at least once during the sorting process? - Bought the farming scrolls by trading rice with the capital (through Tama)? - Checked the loot table for all stages? If you haven't obtained a special item in the stage it'll show as a shadow icon with question marks in the list. If you see the shadow of a scroll, equip the Kitsune Mask and roam around for a hidden treasure chest. Other than that I can't really think of anything else you might've missed.. hope this helps!
The glowing stage shows that you can still get a bounty item in there. Once you have the bounty item in that stage, it will stop glowing. So yeah, once you've obtained all bounty items the glowing pillars will be gone, but in order to remove the debuff you need to make sure to add the bounty items to your fertilizer and spread it across the field.
Heya - you get those by defeating bosses. So in this video I show you where the items are in the green-glowing stages. And the ones you're looking for can be found by defeating the bosses in the purple-glowing stages. After you beat a boss, it can take a few days for the next purple-glowing stage to appear. Hey - no you can't. The loot table shown for each stage is both a blessing and a curse - it shows both the items you can obtain only once and the items that can drop multiple times. So it can get really confusing sometimes
Hey - the debuff is split up in multiple levels. Let's take Luck for instance. You start off with Luck Pollution 3. If you find 1 Luck bounty, mix it with the fertilizer and spread it, the debuff goes down to Luck Pollution 2. So you will need all 3 to remove the debuff entirely for 1 base stat. Hope this helps!
Hello. I am struggling to unlock the equipment power? How do you unlock it. I want to complete the objective like equip waterborne power or undead avenger
Hey - for waterborne you can craft and equip the outfit "Scale Hunter's Garment" and for undead avenger you can craft and equip one of the "Obsidian" weapons.
You can use it to upgrade the special weapons that you unlock to fight the final boss. But you need more materials, which you can start obtaining by clearing Amagaeshi shrine floors 101+. Alternatively... you can use it in your fertilizer but it's kind of a waste :p
Heya - the name of the item indicates which pollution it targets. So Magic Bounty targets Magic pollution, Strength Bounty targets Strength pollution, and so on. The bounties you're looking for can only be found in the boss stages, so the purple-glowing areas. After defeating the boss it will drop 3 bounties for one of those categories. Once you defeat a boss and pass, I think it was 1-2 ingame days, a new purple-glowing stage appears with a new boss. hope this helps!
Do you mean the big fight at the top? It can be pretty overwhelming! Try to use skills to knock enemies into other enemies this really helps out near the beginning of the game
Did you defeat all 4 bosses in the different purple areas? And did you also revisit the Dragon Cave? (first level) There's a door in there that leads to another boss at that point in the game
I went to valley of illusion and followed correct way to get luck bounty but when I reach there there isn’t any chest is it I’m having glitch? And I haven’t completed this task yet when I go back world map to see
Sorry I mean misty of tear ridge I typo, I followed ur steps to get up there but there isn’t any chest but only monster 😞 and I use the treasure mask to find treasure and when I reach that part it’s shining in yellow but there isn’t any chest for me to open up, my task for luck bounty isn’t completed yet on my world map so weird , just wondering if I’m that unlucky to get this glitch will I be able to complete the game without finishing this task :(
It’s very weird I went rockslide passage also followed ur step and didn’t see a chest for luck bounty , am I having some luck bounty glitch? Other bounty I’m able to get but when it comes to luck bounty I don’t see any chest there :(
@@iceygali Np! Glad you were looking in the right place at least. But yeah that's really weird, especially if the Kitsune Mask if glowing yellow while you're there and the stage still glowing on the world map... Can you try to use an AOE combat skill while standing on that spot? See if it does something? If that doesn't help... do you maybe have any older saves that were also made after the volcano eruption? Perhaps you can load one of those up and do a quick check to see if the chest is there in that save. It'd still be bad to have to redo everything you've done up to that point but it'd be better than nothing being able to finish the game or fully starting over. Alternatively you can try to contact XSEED/Marvelous support... Sorry to hear this happening to you, haven't heard anyone else with this problem so far :c
They're drops from the boss fights in the purple-glowing areas. Fort of Undying Shadows contains one of those boss fights - you unlock it after you clear the other purple-glowing stages and have some time progress.
Heya - the 3 Gusto bounties drop from one of the bosses in the purple-glowing areas. If there's currently no purple-glowing area active, it should appear within a few in-game days

This part of the game really ruined the enjoyment for me having to recover Sakunas nerf I didn't mind the bosses but making me do Nocturnal Hollow again was just not on lol
