Same thing. We say our heart is pounding but that's nothing out of the norm, it's always pounding, it's pumping blood. If it wasn't pounding away, you would be motionless on the floor lol.

What is the significance of a pounding heart,? Also, in not understanding anything. When you say it didnt happen, can you explain? I have been grieving the death of my dog and feel delusional when I start thinking, was she even ever with me? Are you telling me my dog didnt exist or that there wasnt a time when we were together? How can I clearly see?

Nothing has ever happened to a unicorn or to you, because nothing real can happen in a dream. There is no enlightenment because no one has ever existed to be enlightened. Every spiritual master tells us.. The Individual identity does not exist!!! There has never been a person on planet earth. Enlightened could be described as simply accepting the most difficult truth if all, there is no one to be enlightened. Enlightened is realizing the planet is populated with a single arising presence in billions of mind/bodies, but there is no one here...

2:02 i just felt done. Mine was suicide. I became so close by recognizing choices I was making that would be abhorrent to a general stable sense of mind and reality. Then by stepping back in a manner of speaking I didn't engage. Attention fully focused on presence void if thought and bam. I instantly recognized ny presence anew. The door to the kingdom of heaven within is revealed. The understanding of everything lays through that door of self. Self inquiry took, is taking its course by dying more closely to each lived illusion. Seeing thought and knowing one operates within it at the same time is by definition mindfulness. When cognized as a state of consciousness repeatedly we embolden, buttress, make real the merging of the ego into the self. The perspective of God/Allah evolves individually at all levels as well as collectively in the material world expressed through society and our governance.
