Beyond the personal self... There is no birth, no death Just the simplicity of this That which can not be named or known No separation to speak of No person that can be seen No object No this and that No ability to distinguish anything No right and wrong No judgement No stance No position Nowhere to go Nowhere to land
This is so much more unknowable than you can ever imagine So much more vast than you can ever contain This will break your heart wide open Until there is no you to speak of
This is uncaused contentment Unearned fulfillment Peace beyond reason The only true freedom
Sounds like a dead-end to me rather than enlightenment, lol. What you are describing sounds hollow, and i think all of us come to realize this at some point in our lives. Some look away, others keep looking, some do something else. Everything is just a context, a portion of reality. Maintaining mobility of perspective imo is crucial, otherwise you are just marinating in that emptiness forever, waiting to die, without traversing all of those other contexts. Like different angles/portion of reality. I've found that without morality there's no purpose or point to anything at all. Reason alone won't bring fulfillment/substance. If you want purpose and substance, then you need to accept that it doesn't exist beyond us and choose to not invalidate this experience simply because it's constructed by us. We are made out of reality, we are reality, what comes out of us is also part of reality, not something that exists beyond/separate of it. It's possible to switch between those perspectives/contexts that describe your experience/perception. You derealized/deconstructed your attachments and constructs that we project on reality, it doesn't mean they no longer exist. The fact that I am effectively communicating an idea to you and you are able to understand it means it is indeed something real and part of this reality. In short, for things to have substance they need us, we give things substance. We need things to have an association, boundaries and edges between them, we then describe them given the context within which we see them. Even this perspective you are describing in this video is in itself a projection on reality. Ideology, as a result, is inescapable no matter how hard you try because we explicitly need it to engage with reality. It's our proxy through which we understand reality. non-duality is choosing to no longer see edges between things, concepts, everything, ultimately becoming nothing at all. But that's not the only truth. Reality is multifaceted, what we project is interpretation of what we receive. If we stop interpreting what we see, we and everything might as well not be seen at all. But, for nothing to exist it needs something, both are contrasts of and need eachother. It's possible to start and stop drawing edges at will. Also, don't you see, that suffering being an undesirable experience is IN OF ITSELF a projection/attachment as well. Escape from suffering is still rooted fundamentally in context that we project and is itself also ideology. Suffering for something that one deems of value is a joyful experience, far from undesirable, that's also a perspective that renders escape unnecessary. Fulfilment can be found in adversity and reality can be understood in it's diverse beauty of possible angles; Rather than tunnelling in on one context, through rigorous deconstruction/derealization of everything including self, and claim that other contexts are null. Also, it's a little humorous how this video is about losing any and all desire , a sense of self, and attachment to things; but you have your own website, patreon, and offer private sessions for a fee (100$+ per hour). Have you tested your belief with something like eating feces? Would be a true test of extent of your grasp of non-duality and if it's truly as severe as you describe it in the video lol.
If you are on the path to waking up or enlightenment, you won't have a teacher, they are ALL FAKES. "Seeking a teacher is just ego seeking a reprieve; a stay of execution. Giving oneself over to a teacher or a teaching or the Beloved Guru or whatever is all about staying asleep, not waking up. The first rule in this business is that you are on your own." - Jed McKenna.
Smart people don't go to a doctor unless it's a critical injury, like a broken bone, or you had a stroke or such lol. If you just have a funny feeling, you don't need a doctor. We have been conditioned to see doctors as some saint or hero that cares about us, no they don't. They are egotists with God complex's, who get paid to put you on drugs lol. You don't NEED doctors for 99% of shit. Fear has lead humans to OMG I have a feeling I don't know what it is, I need some random human "expert" to tell me so I can calm down!!!! How about you calm the hell down, and think and analyze. The body will inform you if it's critical or just some bump in the road of life. Most doctors are not on your side.
Not to surprising that "8 billion got it wrong." When you think about it, new stories are always being written by authors, and yet no matter how many new stories are written, they are still all just false worlds operating off the belief those characters believe their world is real. Same thing with us, more and more human stories are made, (so called born) but no matter how many more dream phantoms are conjured up, they will always be wrong lol.
These two sound like old friends in that the rapport seemed effortless, seamless, practiced in a way that is rare between a practitioner and a student. Fascinating session in people really connecting.
The person isnt getting the nondual perspective. All he talks about is I, me, my feelings, my leg, my chest yawn. It sounds so ego based to me. Suzanne is too nice to contradict somebody. He spends too much time on youtube eating up Kundalini awakening content
You’re right that he isn’t getting it (yet) but she is not just being “too nice” by not contradicting. She is holding space for others wherever they are on the journey and she understands that the awareness will come naturally in time regardless of her intervention. It’s beautiful the way she uses silence to be its own teacher.
Hi Suzzane , I am listening to you for a month or so , Listening over and over some videos , Slowly am able to relate to what you are saying . Will go on listening , till all haze gets lifted , Accept my heart felt gratitude .
Suzanne has the patience of a saint. I would get so annoyed with this person talking about his feelings. Tell him to give up Suzanne. Self obsession wont get you anywhere either lol
Ya when something bad happens it’s like oh i know why and i learnt from that lesson. It could also be fate. Maybe things were supposed to happen that way. My coping mechanism is realizing no one is real on this planet. Literally, they are not real. They are fake characters in a fake world. That’s it. Just like a video game. Why people do bad things is the most unsolved thing. Think about it. I ask myself, out of all the people around me and in the world, why does that bad thing happen to me… idk. For me it could be trying to overdo myself or reaching too far. I’m trying to relate to what you say in this video.
Bad behavior and ignorance supports ego lunacy. Meanwhile one may love everything and everyone! As the worst is faced and allowed to pass... Freedom embraces and releases everything. The behaviors good and bad, come and go. Light and love remain free, pure, and uncontaminated. Love, wholeness, the absolute, lack nothing.
I'm right there with you all... fucking love your honesty. I'm awakened living with a family who arnt, and I can't talk about it to anyone, so I just cope. I feel like you guys are more alive and normal than anyone I know currently.
Did u hear about the soul trap, don't contract with those beings...the best chance of our spirit to escape is just after death quick and fast, the archons are playing a dirty game..read David Icke latest book and Isabelle greene about the soul trap,u gotta get out there..wisdom is knowing how little we know and that there's allways more to know .I like you so I hope u will look at it...
It reminds me of in the movie the matrix where she says something like “you’re not here to figure out WHAT decision to make, it’s already been made, you’re here to figure out WHY you made it.” The power of the mind / God is within is insane, realizing the choices we hold in each moment that can change everything. Judgement isn’t for us to make, only for God
OMG I hear this so hard. The pressure from my family to do more, make more friends, find a wife or even a girlfriend, make more money. "You're 40, bud..." I feel fine. I actually feel like an adventurer in a weird way, though I never go far. Discovering something ... An infinite depth... That I cant really explain to anyone. I went from being very social and outgoing, to a hermit, more or less. Like, I Benjamin-Buttoned the trajectory that society would endorse. Thankful for you Suzanne - and others sharing messages of hope and reassurance.
