And they don’t allow their technology to fall into the hands of other intelligent species. Should have gone with the original script, by having the Fugitive steal a ship full of weaponized hybrids
I know they were from a fan film, but I really want Big Red and his hunting party to be canon. Maybe Big Red is an elder and his swords are trophies he collected from samurai he fought in the past.
Right after AVP came to theaters, I purchased 3 of the Predators from the movie. I purchased The Elder, Scar, & Celtic(the leader of the 3 predators that were doing the hunt. They are not in the boxes, but I have all pieces that came with them. My favorite in order are; Scar, The Elder, & Celtic. I liked Scar because he showed respect & compassion towards Alexa Woods. Plus at the end, when she showed respect & compassion to the fallen Scar, & was kind of humbled when the Elder & other predators showed up & took Scar’s body.
InvinciGaz thank you for that. I am not too proud of my pre 2020 videos so I am glad you like them. Better content to come soon. Best regards, Schizofenik
Just watched Predator 2 and he's definitely blooded. The scene where he's cleaning King Willy's skull and placing it on his trophy wall, also has a xenomorph skull
A great source of info for a project I'm working on. Are there any weapons in the comic books that don't appear in the movies? Could make a good video and would be helpful to me.
This is a great video. I love learning more about the Yautja appearances throughout the lore. I have a question though: Where do you find the information about the character names? Aside from Greyback, I never knew the names of the rest of the LA Hunting Party.
Glad you are enjoying the content Aaron. I think I saw the extra content on the Predator 2 DVD for the names. It was either that or the Neca toy boxes. I hope that helps. Best regards, Schizofenik
This was a awesome video, talking about the latest movie my opinion of the “predator killer” armor has to be dumbest idea they could have come up with lol completely ruined the movie for me.. I thought it was going to be a alien egg which would would have been at least interesting!
holy crap, i met dragon dronet (part of batman dead end team) at miscon and got to try Albino's mask on. so cool to see my fav yautja actually be talked about!!!
Another well put together compilation. Quick question though, wasn't the spear gun first introduced in Predator 2? If memory serves, the jungle hunter showed no signs of weapons other than the wristblades and plasmacaster.
I think it is what he initially hit blain with but Mctiernan cut it from the movie. As a result it is never made clear what strikes Blain before the the Plasmacaster does its damage.
@@SchizoFenikChannel Blaine is killed by a shot from the Plasmacaster. It literally blows a huge hole in his chest, we can even see the sparks as the Plasma blast hits him from behind.
Lol! Give it time and I am sure the thumbs down will come flooding in. I have had my fair share believe me. Thanks for watching Teen Kenobi. Best regards, Schizofenik.
When I saw Alien Vs Predator: Requiem, I was initially really worried for the Predator (who I now know is named Wolf, thanks to this video). I thought at first, "Dude, you should be taking backup. There's no way you can handle this by yourself." But he very quickly proved me wrong. This guy is a fucking PRO.
Just curious but when did the jungle hunter use a spear gun? I don't remember seeing it in the movie. Only predator I've ever seen use a spear gun was scar face from concrete jungle. Unless I'm forgetting one.
Big red is left handed. If he were right handed his swords would be sheathed to his left. Would also explain why his wrist daggers are on his left (possibly dominant) hand.
Please reply who would win in a battle the ultimate predator or the wolf predator by the way really good video. Also what predator would you say is the strongest and best of all I would appreciate it a lot if you replied
Thanks for watching and asking this question. I think it would all depend on circumstance. In a no weapons allowed hand to hand fight I would have to go with the Ultimate Predator however using their weaponry / terrain and tactics, I would go for Wolf. I think the Deadliest Predator of all would have to be The Clan Leader AKA The Grand Elder. I have made some videos about this and if you want to watch them, I have provided some links below: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ci871mSqS-w.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-43uGIG5twUQ.html Best regards, Schizofenik.
Schizofenik thank you for the reply annoyingly I have another question if you wouldn’t mind answering where would you place the ultimate predator on the top 5 deadliest cinematic predators list would it even make the list
Honestly I probably would not put him on this list and I think the others are far more cunning / tactical. Maybe it is because I really do not like The Predator movie and I am being a little biased. I think he beats them all in hand to hand combat however a Predator does not rely on that. It relies on stealth and intelligence and I think the Ultimate lacks these qualities. I hope that helps and although it my take me time to respond, I am always happy to answer your questions.
The torches in predator 2 were not ultra violet, the environment was because lights were installed there, they were using what's known as ambient light which was detected by the predator
this will come from nowhere. even for one of my comment's. With no featured predator ever surviving a film. (not sure what those guys were doing at the end of 2. my own theory is it was like the NFL combine. they wanted to check his draft status. anti inbreeding thing). With them never surviving. Could Sean bean be a yautja?
Right before he shot Blaine in the chest with his plasma caster he shot something at Blaine's head that was some other kind of projectile that wasn't a plasma bolt (best to watch the scene in slow motion). This is assumingly the spear gun.
So the shitbag bad blood predators are by default physically and technologically superior to other predators or not necessarily?! Just using the "Predators" film as reference.
It's more that they constantly bring in dangerous game and constantly improve their technology and technique through their hunts. So they just have more experience than most Yautja we tend to see in hunting game. That said they're also far more specialized than most normal Yautja, with a more team-based focus than large group or individual mentality. The Super-Predators are a homicidal, singular unit that have faith in their fellow clan members and who know the value of using unorthodox tactics.
