I think I may know it may not be canon but this is my theory:While tails use the tornado (His plane) to find sonic then it started raining that broke the plane's engine that caused him to go and crash at hills tails got damaged by the crash that's why he had his mouth bleeding
Tails was actually gonna have a dead body in Act 1, it was gonna be his body being burned, but Outlaik didn’t like how it looked so he scraped it. I think it would have been interesting.

but actually in sonic.exe 2d disaster Cream was added in Kindandfair and was tripped in spike and Amy body was added in Not perfect Look up and u see Amy's head and her arm and Eggman looks like he got chainsawed knuckles he got his Body tripped and Tails was in hide and seek act 2 Tails reached his speed limit and hit a tree and his tails got off somehow
Amy and tails and eggman it's s really hard to see them also cream she's looks so scary but knuckles... But i think hide ans seek act 1 the well be add Skeleton maybe
i guess that soon the sally body will be in hide n seek because of his part on the original game, that looks like the hide n seek, if it have more maps in future, it could have the shadow body and rouge body...
Fun fact: there is no dead body in hide and seek act 1, but you can still trigger tails/cream by seeing someone die . Edit: the cream body in full looks disturbing in my opinion -
Well before a animation sonic.exe was a actual game and that was also his death, for a matter of fact I think in the first game all of them were impaled
Now im not sure if this is atill the case but in hill you can find tails dead body inside a wall, for obvious reasons you cant see it normally however via things not loading quick enough you can see it
fun fact that no one asked about: I’m making a my movie Roblox animation on sonic.exe, and I wanted the deaths to be based on the exe variants in the sonic.exe roleplay game, knuckles gets a metal pipe shoved in his eye, tails gets stabbed but off screen his head is ripped off and put on a stick, now I haven’t looked at eggman yet at the time of making this comment but after I post this comment on here I’ll go look.

So theres a update were there diff talls in hill i the one of his eyes are missing and moved away from that spot and amys got killed by the hammer to head and knuckle is the same and cream to eggman is till there but has no arms or legs and head. Edit: i forgot amy has no arms to this is a fun game to play its a little scary but stil really really fun
Hide and seek will most likely never have a body cause none of the cast was killed there due to it being a location you go to as Tails as he is escaping sonic
I find a bug im sonic.exe td 1.0 eggman can up of in the map kindandfair and can see cream's face eggman down of map no die you was teleport to the map again :)
Sonic (Not Exe) Dead Body idea: So His Dead Body Will Look like He got stabbed in The Eye And Hanged on,A Wall And If you look Closer You'll see all the chaos Emeralds So He tried to go Super but He got Killed before he could Turn Super
