The reason they do that is because the last male to enter gerudo town he tried to destroy all of hyrule sooooooo, but still it’s messed up that we saved them and we can’t even go in without cross dressing
so everyone in the comments agrees...we all made the mistake of shooting and wasting our arrows at ruta’s ice blocks because we forgot about cryonis...
I never thought about it until now, but the Divine Beast battles sort of signified the Triforce. Appeasing the Beast: Courage. Solving the puzzle inside: Wisdom. Defeating the boss: Power.
Rudania: Go my minions I have detected some meanies disturbing my peace meanwhile I’m gonna go walk around the volcano again Sentry: bro you have been doing that for 100 years
Vah Ruta is the most epic of the four, though is also the easiest. Vah Naboris is somewhat epic, but learning to control the sand seal can be somewhat frustrating. Vah Medoh is cool, while Vah Rudania isn't really that epic.
It sounds much clearer in Latin Spanish. Did you know Sidon has the Latin Spanish voice of James of Team Rocket? And Revali has Inuyasha's Latin voice too?
My opinion on each Divine Beast battle... Medoh: You're all clear, kid! Now let's blow this thing and go home! Ruta: I felt pretty stupid when I learned Cryonis was more effective than arrows. Rudania: Bring 'em on. I'd prefer a straight fight to all this sneaking around. Naboris: Hey, guys! You ever see that really old movie? Empire Strikes Back? You know that part where they're on the snow planet with the walking thingies?
I can’t help but love the sound of Naboris’s electrical cannon. The tension of hearing that thing warm up, but not being certain of when it’s going to fire.
The reason rudania was the stealth section was because rudania was the most dangerous mission; For Medoh, You have a skilled rito archer on your side and you both have the air. Ruta was the least dangerous because you have a rune that is pretty much a complete counter to its attacks and the strongest champion parallel, being Sidon. For Neboris, You have a girl with an electric mask and a giant sand seal. Plus, it’s on near-normal land, certainly the most normal of the four. However, for rudania, You’re on an active volcano with the weakest champion parallel and on uneven ground. Also if the thing somehow punctures your armor you are literal toast. Also, did I mention the divine beast can make that volcano erupt with a quick tail slam? It even has drones everywhere.
omg destroying rutas ice blocks with the cryonis rune is so obvious and smart. I did it the stupid way with arrows. Always when I watch others play it on YT I realise how smart and innovative they think.
First time I played this game I friggen took 10 tries to fight ruta because I have fucking no arrows 😂 and I avoided all enemies because I was scared and didnt want to waste my weapons so the boss battle with water blight was HeLL
I wish I'd done it with Cryonis, when you shoot the ice cubes with arrows they fall down into the water instead of disappearing. Because of that I constantly got hit by them even _after_ shooting them down because that dumb Sidon absolutely wanted to have a closer look at them. And yes it was infuriating. Typically by trying to shoot the ice cubes down with arrows while they were in the same position as 18:14, I would get hit anyways and the cube would respawn.
I was only a few hours in when I fought Ruta. I wasn’t familiar with all the runes so I shot them with arrows too. Now it seems obvious after 200 hours of gameplay!
I feel like I'm in the minority that actually liked Rudania's mission. It was more of a puzzle than an actual fight, and in that way I felt it was unique in a sense. It's a stealth mission, but instead of outright trying to dodge the sentries, you're trying to find out how to disable them: you can slam metal crates into them, throw remote bombs into an updraft and blow them up, freeze sentries with Stasis, or block their line of sight, or anything among those lines depending on which sentries they were. You could even fire ancient arrows at them if you had some. The mission required plenty of creativity with the techniques with disarming sentries and sneaking around. It was designed to be a puzzle, and when I thought of it that way, I had more fun with it. And using Yunobo as a cannonball to bomb Rudania was rather funny too, at least imo. I took delight in shooting the little Goron at Rudania with the cannons. Medoh's battle was kind of bland, but I like how in-world it is. It's not some sort of one-off minigame that you do once: it's a test of what you know how to do up until that point, and you have to use techniques you regularly use in the game, such as paragliding and shooting arrows. It wasn't a hard battle but the in-world aspect of skills with arrow shooting and paragliding was something I appreciated. Naboris is my personal favorite of the four. It was pretty intense, controlling the sand seal and having to stay within the Thunder Helm's field of protection to stay safe from Naboris's lightning attacks, all the while shooting its legs with Bomb Arrows. The theme is also really catchy and really added to the atmosphere of the battle. Plus the fact that it was Riju and Link chasing Naboris down while it was walking made it feel even more awesome. Definitely a very exciting and intense battle, I had the most fun with it of the four without a doubt. Ruta was also pretty cool. It was an easy battle but the atmosphere more than made up for it. Riding Sidon's back, deflecting ice attacks, and scaling waterfalls while shooting arrows at Ruta's orbs was simply a delight and gave Ruta's battle a very cinematic feel. Plus Sidon's just such a cool character with such an enjoyable personality and the atmosphere, and the music really made this entire battle feel very important, like the fate of Zora's Domain depends on this battle. (also I had no idea Cryonis could've been used here when I played lol). Overall I really enjoyed the Divine Beast battles in their own ways. They weren't exactly hard but they made up for it either in atmosphere or gameplay, and they were certainly fun to play through, with each one having a sense of indivduality to it as well.
i didnt think rudania was bad, i like stealth missions and yunobo wasnt that much of an annoying escort but compared to the other 3, it was kinda boring
i did like the first part of naboris where you are on the sand seal but the puzzle confused me so much but omg the boss was the absolute worst so far i’ve done vah ruta and vah naboris and next i’m thinking of vah medoh until i can find how to survive in the atmosphere of vah rudania
Sidon screams are more powerful in spanish, he is like:"LET'S GO LINK!!!" "YOU CAN DO IT!!!" And you are just like:"AHHH I CAN DO IT!!! FOR HYRULEEEE!!!"
I'm still confused why Riju and Sidon wouldn't come with Link, Sure Teba was injured and Yunobo had no way of getting to Rudania, but, Sidon and Riju easily could have come with Link, was it just because they figured they couldn't help?
Benjamin Harvey but do they ever really say why? They just say only champions can enter them and that's that. What ABOUT the champion makes them able to enter the beasts? What about the beasts make it so that only some people can go in? I HAVE TOO MANY QUESTIONS!
Also, Riju and Sidon had things to deal with back home. And it's pretty obvious that Link was the chosen one of these missions, not them. You could also ask why Riju didn't help infiltrate the Yiga Hideout, or why Sidon didn't help take down the Lynel on Ploymus Mountain. Well, it's like I already said - they had things to do back home.
Benjamin harvey im not sure thats exactly the cause cus in the memory of vah naboris (i probibly butchered that spelling) zelda is in it with urbosa and link and shes not a champion, or maybe she has some special exeption? I teally dont know lol
Seeing all of the Divine Beast battles one after another made me realize something, albeit opinionated: VAH MEDOH: Really fun and epic fight, with a pretty cool teammate, and music which legitimately sounds like you're going to war in the sky VAH NABORIS: Another fun fight (although with an annoying mechanic), and another cool teammate, and a super catchy tune to round up the whole experience VAH RUTA: A superbly epic and intense battle, with one of my personal favorite characters in existence as a teammate, and one of my favorite songs in the franchise to accompany it VAH RUDANIA: I honestly don't want to talk about it....... Conclusion: If you want a fun battle, make it a battle, (not an escort mission, because those do not count) and pair it with a fun character and listenable music.
MISS MR mine: Vah medoh - too easy Vah naboris - cool but not fun because of the seal Vah rudania - i struggled a lot Vah ruta - easy but really fun, my favorite
eh i personally think rudania wasnt that bad in terms of an escort mission, yunobo was less annoying than i thought he would be, but i didnt have that much fun with it compared to the other 3
Medoh - Easy as fuck but I like the music and how you’re fighting in the air Rudania - boring. as. hell. I love the rest of the quest but Jesus Christ Ruta - It’s fun, not much to say Naboris - I love this one, I think it’s the best. The music and the fast paced fight makes it feel so satisfying when you enter and finally finish it, even though the dungeon and boss fight is significantly harder.
Every divine beast in a nutshell Medoh: *CAW CAW IM THE EASIEST DIVINE BEAST TO REACH* Naboris: *star wars* Ruta: *Trumpet noise* *ICE BLOCKS* *_MAKE IT ICE BLIGHT GANON IF HE USES ICE FOR GOODNESS SAKE_* Rudania: *RUN* dundundumdundundundun dun dundundundun
Difficulty of hardest to easiest Hardest: Thunderblight Ganon Harder: Waterblight Ganon Easier: Windblight Ganon Easy: Fireblight Ganon (yes, he was that easy)
Blitz Movies Etc. I don't think Waterblight Gannon will be that hard to beat for me, I went to get stronger weapons instead of doing Vah Ruta, but you're supposed to be able to beat him with weaker weapons, so I think I'll be fine
I think Rudania is the best. It may not be the one with the best companion, or the best music, but was the only one where you didn't have to shoot arrows at a certain point. If they were flying guardians instead of miniguardians, would have been better.
If the beasts could talk, Medoh: *CAW CAW BISH!* Rudania: Bruh, I just got up, *STOP HITTING MEH!* Ruta: 🎶I'm singing, in da rain!🎶 Naboris: I dont like sand, its corse and rough, and gets everywhere.
Ruta was the first Divine Beast that I did so I never knew that you had to fight the blight and I was SO unprepared and I ended up beating it with arrows lol
Sidon screams are more powerful in spanish, he is like:"LET'S GO LINK!!!" "YOU CAN DO IT!!!" And you are just like:"AHHH I CAN DO IT!!! FOR HYRULEEEE!!!"
Vah Ruta: Chase them away, chase them away, I’m afraid, need your aid, STONE ELEPHANTS ON PARADE! Vah Medoh: Literally just an airship. Vah Rudania: Then he waddled away, waddle waddle. Vah Naboris: AT-AT.
Ruta: shooting her with electric arrows while riding sidon🗿 Naboris: riding a seal with a little girl😐 Medoh: flying in the sky and shooting explosive arrows🗿 Rudania: climbing a volcano with a Goofy guy who is stupidier than his feets without being detected🤮🤡
My opinion of the divine beasts from easiest to hardest. (The rating includes the boss fight when you are inside) 1: Va Ruta 2: Va Medoh 3: Vah Rudania 4: Vah Naboris (This is just an opinion, don't get to triggered if the order is wrong to you)
Ruta: Five hearts with guardian sword and ice arrows Rudiania: Nine hearts with cobble crusher and fire arrow and remote bombs Im becoming good at the game 😂
I have defeated Vah Ruta Vah Rudania and Vah Medoh. I am inside Vah Naboris currently trying to figure it out 😂 Edit: Now Naboris is done... and the master sword... who's ready for calamity ganon?
For the divine beast vah ruta it was litteraly really dumb. Because if you take sidon out of the vah ruta battle he actually just floats in the air where ever you go. And if you take him to gerudo town its even more stupid he littarlay just flys where ever the hell you go.
I remember playing this with my dad all the time. Half the time it was me watching him play because I couldn’t understand what to do but It was really fun 🤷♀️
I didn’t use arrows to destroy the ice blocks during the whole battle. It took me a while to figure out how to stop vah Ruta’s attacks until I noticed something familiar about the pattern on the blocks, which lead me to figure out that I can use Cryonis to stop the blocks and spike balls
