What I always found so cool, and a clear sign a character got stronger is when an ultimate attack in the form before becomes a normal special attack in the next form

TBH, Raging Blast 2 is basically a remake of DBZ BT3. All the super and ultimate attacks on BT3 are updated here. So are the graphics.

In Sparking Zero, Everyone cares about characters but nobody cares about so many moves missing from Raging Blast... Like Vegeta(namek saga's) Genocide Breaker, Final Burst Cannon. Goku's Meteor Combination, Cell 1st Form's Ultimate- Zetsumi Bullet/ See Ya!, Cooler had a such cooler looking ult called Chaotic Dead End, Semi-Perfect Cell could also have the Super Big Bang Crash, (customizable moves like Rb2 cud be there to modify it to the self-destruct move)

One question: When Ginyu does his "Body swap" move does it heal him?
