its called a radial engine used in small planes i believe

I did find the owner of that car on social media Ron Goodman (racing car driver) & on his FB page he has that Aero 356 video there & the guy commented below was right it is a radial engine 3-4 times power than the original 356 head, check out his work, just search Ron Goodman on Facebook.
