it's not true that we're 16 republic we just had a good relationship and there's no problem with that Todor Zhivkov remained the best politician in the history of Bulgaria for that old time.
Often forgotten fact, that Zhivkov offered Bulgaria to be part of the Soviet Union twice(!) The biggest national traitor of Bulgaria since the ones who sold Levski to the Turks
@@garnix6390 Stop talking nonsense is not a traitor. It was never a problem being part of the USSR just looking after Bulgaria's interests. By this logic, anyone who was in the USSR is a traitor🤦♂️🤦♂️
@@ybr8192 well there are plenty of good women presidents/prime ministers in europe we werent just lucky enough, as for bulgarian roots help, neither did the lebanese with Temer nor the italian with Bolsonaro
Best Ending: Bulgaria manages to win against the Balkan League in 1913, but makes ambitions over the balkans, taking all of West Thrace and Dobruja, puppeting Serbia and Greece. They join the Allies in WWI, conquering East Thrace.
Blessed Ending: The Treaty of San Stefano establishes Bulgaria as the foundations of Balkan nationalism; when Russia falls into civil war, its besieged regiment in Tsargrad welcomes Bulgarian liberators on the eve of the Entente’s victory during World War One.
Ultimate best ending: The singer Azis became the president of Bulgaria. Thanks to him Bulgaria had a Golden Age. He even went to the European Song Contest and became the first place.
About the good ending, Bulgaria wanted Thessaniki (Solun) but the areas under Thesaaloniki (Chalkidiki) were would be given autonomus status or remain Greek as territory and Bulgarians didnt want the island of Samothrace. Only Thasos so the port of Kavala woulde be usefull.
My favorite are the monarchist ending, union with Romania ending and ofcourse the Kaisereich ending. Greetings from the great nation of Bulgaria! 🇧🇬❤️ Very good video! (Only one correction proto-bulgars were not turkic - It's a common misconception)
@@papazataklaattiranimam They were Indo-erropean people. Sources- 2019 genetic study by The Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Italian genetic study team. Over 850 blood stamples of modern day ethnic bulgarians and dna samples of old remains from ancient bulgarian graves show that neither the modern, not the ancient bulgarians had any connection to mongols, tatars or turkic peoples. Check out pfoffesor Galabov, nobody can argue with genetics. I have seen you comments before on the internet an all you spread is false information.
Hidden cursed ending (divergence of ultimate good ending): During the event at the end of May 2020, people of the world confused the acronym of BLM by Bulgarian lives matter, so the country become relevant and he decided to rule the world.
I had no idea about the Alzeco/Bulgar Italy thing but it's true, wow. That was my favorite part i love the creative endings most! Imagine if that happened
Yeah, after Old Great Bulgaria, multiple armies of Bulgars split off to find new lands. Some came to the Volga. The ones we know today came below the Danube. Some went to Pannonia or somewhere else in Central Europe, while others went to Italy.
Tengrist ending : The First Bulgarian Empire never adopts Christianity and doesn't assimilate into the Slavic identity this allows them to reunite with their fellow Oghur Turkic Volga Bulgars
I mean, it literally is non-existent in that ending. Bulgarians had been assimilated into turks. An alternative is if instead of a Dunabe Vilayet it was the Republic of Moesia and bulgarians had been assimilated into yugoslavs.
@@yazovgaming Did your comment got removed for having the word "g€nocide"¹ in it - or is it just not appearing for me? (¹: Sorry for the censor, I want to be sure it's not getting removed)
American ending: Rumen and the USA says if the country will be the 51st state and they accepted, by that all Bulgaria are the 51st state of the United States of America
Divided ending: Bulgaria was divided between Capitalist West and Communist East just like Germany creating more tensions in the Balkans during the Cold War and dividing the people. Will Bulgaria ever be reunited?
If you ever decide to remake the Romanian episode, know that when Bulgaria and Romania had the chance to unify in 1879, this union could've won the First Balkan War with Constantinople in its hands and de-facto restored the Eastern Roman Empire by crowning one of the Paleologu or Cantacuzino imperial family members which were at the time active in both countries.
@@bulgarian4878 We recognize Bulgarian history. We only don't rwcognize Tsar Samoil being Bulgarian and VMRO/Ilinden uprising and its contributors like Goce Delcev, Dame Gruev, Pere Tosev, Todor Aleksandrov and many more being Bulgarian.
Secret Ending: Volga Bulgaria withstands the Mongol Empire, with Bulgaria never gaining Independence from the Ottomans making the Volga Bulgaria the last Bulgarian Kingdom Standing
The statement makes no sense. Bulgaria gained no land after WW2. The annexation of Dobrudja happened BEFORE Bulgaria joined WW2 - 1940 and was internationally recognized, not just by Axis members. Bulgaria became part of the war in 1941.@@xAnto1
@@zshivkonezshivkov380 it was less about the actual war and more about the entire period. Bonus Germany did appease Bulgaria in attempt to sway them towards the axis. As well as that 1940 the war was already in full swing despite Bulgaria's lack of direct involvement in the conflict.
Nikov is the first Bulgarian historian to pay special attention to, and attri bute great significance to, the Turkic components in the Bulgarian ethnogen esis (i.e., after the Bulgars) and among the ruling aristocracy. He elaborated on the issue of the "Turkic element's" influence upon Bulgarian history in a 1928 unpublished manuscript (delivered as a public lecture). Nikov began with the following policy-setting statement: There is no period in our history on which the Turkic element did not exert its strongest influence and did not leave the deepest traces in the development of our people. [...] None of the Balkan peoples has experi enced the Turkic influence so strongly as our people, The Turkic pressure began from Central Asia and had two directions to the northwest through southern Russia, and to the southwest through Persia and Asia Minor. The Bulgarian state was founded due to one of the Turkic peoples, the Bulgars, who themselves joined a number of Turkic tribal alliances (of Huns, Kutrigurs, Utigurs, Avars, and Khazars). During Byzantine rule, the Turkic Pechenegs and Uz came from the north; many of them crossed the Danube and were assimilated by the Bulgarian people. Then came the Cumans, without whose decisive help the uprising of Asenevtsi would hardly have succeeded. Thus, just as the First Bulgarian Kingdom was founded with the help of the Turkic Bulgars, the Second Kingdom was founded with "the decisive collabora tion of the Turkic Cumans."129 Not only did Cumans settle south of the Danube and become assimilated and absorbed by the Slavic-Bulgarian people, but they were also of great significance politically in the Second Kingdom, whose dynas ties all had Cuman blood in them. There were also many Bulgarian boyars of Cuman origin, including Balic in Dobrudzha. It could even be said that the Cumans acquired a dominant position in the political life of the state. 130 There followed the influence of the Mongol Tartars, who even supplied one Bulgarian king, Chaka. But of greatest importance were the Ottoman and Seljuk Turks, who conquered the Balkans from Asia Minor. Concerning the Cumans, Nikov considers the "transfusion of blood" from Turkic "elements" an asset, a means of rejuvenating and strengthening the "race" and enhancing the vitality of the Bulgarian people (in contrast with the conquering Turks).
Ultimate good ending 2: bulgaria after central power victory in ww1 defeated the belgrade packt and become the principal power in the balkans rivaling the danubian federation
