About the Axis Ending: Germany most likely wouldn't force Italy to give them South Tyrol, as in our timeline they've reached an agreement : All Germans in South Tyrol either lose their German culture or migrate to Germany
I might be biased but I think Italy joining the Central Powers would be more than enough to assure that side's win. A lot of Austrian (and later some german) troops would be free to either push harder into France or Russia and more French troops would need to be directed to the south possibly taking some weight from the german front.
I like all of them they are all intriguing Personally while the editing is simple and smooth I think making the transition be a bit more noticeable would be nice
I think southern Italy would have been better off communist than the north but of course the only realistic way for the Soviet's to get any of Italy was the north
A note on the WW2 Occupation ending, there were talks on the Allied side to make Sicily an independent state, which OTL didn't happen due to Italy signing the armistice and collaborating with the Allies to fight off the German occupation plus the Soviet Union refusing to let a possible anti-communist and western aligned country be established out of the territory of one of the most communist friendly countries. Internally, Sicily had the formation of a paramlitary secessionist militia, which had little time to train and get qeuipment before law enforcement intervention, plus an independence movement that had little luck after the initial favour they received by the Allies. Thus, it wouldn't be too far fetched that in exchange for a communist North Italy, the Soviets could've been placated in regards to letting Sicily be independent, a move that would've made the administration much easier for the British, who would've had to redirect more military resources to placate a secessionist movement that would've been emboldened by prolonged occupation by foreigners which also had more time to organize compared to OTL. The future would, of course, be more unpredictable, it would of course harm the Italian economy, and a return of Sicily to Italy would be definitely unlikely in the first generations, depending on socio-economic developments the status-quo would remain even in a post-Cold War reunified Italy. The Marshall Plan and how it's managed would play a key role, all the resources being destined and fully managed locally could either result in Sicily achieving a far better development than OTL, or worst case scenario, well, what you would expect of a mafia-run state essentially.
I think the Pope-ruled Italy would have a similar stance as Italy in ww1, and perhaps even greater as they have the lands that France took in order to support them against Austria, however unlike our timeline croats would be more willing to join a nation ruled by their religious leader though i don't think it would overpower Yugoslavism, but it would make the population more divided, and because of that i think the facist would still take power and go to a path similar to our timeline, and after ww2 the papacy would lose all their political power and only be a religious leader like the patriarc of Constantinople. So i don't think much would change, though Italy might have control over Nice, as it was Italian majority, but that's it
I thought there was going to be a spain/napels(dont know how to spell that) ending where spain expands there influence is spain (maby gaining savoy, lucca or tuscany) and then during the war of spanish succsetion they rebel and gain independence (thogh maby still under the habsburgs) and then after the napolionic wars they unify italy
I have a few what if scenarios: 1 .What if Spread southwards towards what would be the teritory of Persia and parts of Pakistan , instead of eastwards towards siberia like in our timeline , maybe they could enter siberia much later compared to our world . 2 . What if the ottomans invaded Persia instead of the Byzantine empire . 3 .What if Serbia caused the 2nd balkan war instead of Bulgaria . 4. What if there was a ''Holy Roman Empire'' but for the orthodox nations .

Id imagine this Holy Italian Empire would be a forever neutral country that would try to act as a international moderator between the Cristian world and would have influence over Catholic nations like France, Spain, Austria-Hungry and if we want to be generous South/Latin America but I do doubt we see a pan-Catholic nation state
What about the timeline where Rodolfo Graziani forces a peace with honor between Italy and the allies due to some sort of miracle at the Reno which sees the Italian social republic defeating French American and British forces in the region.

The pope ending at least has a unified Italy. The Never unified Italy ending doesn't mean it's bad, since all nations develop quite nicely I bet. I would say that Civil War or WW2 occupation Italy are the world
I am sorry but giving Czechoslovakia Silesia makes no sense. Unless they deport all the Germans (which would not happen since the second world war didnt happen yet, the Germans wokld be the ethic majority of the country. So unless an apartheid state happens, they woild collaspe and the German reguons would join Germany again.
