I think 3:30 happens when you get launched into the air past the integer limit or something. Basically your character has an aneurysm the farther you go and the blue screen is the endpoint. And the reason why would be that v2's speed becomes so insane that it launches you at a fast enough speed to reach it immediately once it runs into you. It's also why he doesn't move some times; he's simply going too fast
