It was not my best Comp today, but I learned a lot.
Hey, my name is Katie, and I'm a coach and the owner at Destiny Strength Coaching and an instructor at Shinpo Martial Arts. I compete and win at a national level in powerlifting, a brown belt in traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu, and a purple belt in kickboxing.
Over the years, i also have gained experience as a personal trainer at SAS Gym Leyland, training many people with all kinds of backgrounds.
