16:42 sir, the efficiency of turbine should be actual / Ideal because only then the denominator will be more than numerator and we can get the efficiency correctly. Even if we look at graph 4' is higher than 4

It is "Gamma" Adiabatic Index whose value is constant which is equals to "1.4"
