Congrats Biff! Those charges were never gonna stick. Someone handing in an item and saying "This belongs to this other person" is only hearsay. No prints, no dna, = no proof. Well done on keeping calm through it all bro.👍
Well that's got to be reaffirming & kinda validating. I swear i can see the relief from Richmond. The pew-pew possession & non existing suppressor* being struck out just before fronting was gonna happen, i reckon they kept it tacked on for 12months purely for torment...but a change of judge in this case leans towards being suspect. Maybe they listened(no really, maybe they did)kinda sounds like a move based on blocking media access, scrutiny and inevitable investigation they bring.
Well done on having the charges dropped. Let’s be honest Biff, having a barrister and paying for legal representation is why you had the magistrate removed and the serious charges dropped. Victorian Legal Aid (VLA) would not have given you that result. There’s a lot of questionable behaviour coming out of Victoria Police (VP) at the moment with the way there’re conducting investigations into alleged criminal activities. VP is in total disarray and at odds with the state government on how things should be done. I look forward to seeing and hearing the fall out in the coming months. A Police officers number 1 job is to talk their mates and/or cop partners wives out of pressing domestic V charges against a serving police officer. (Talk can also mean intimate, threaten, bully and assault in this instance) Always looking after themselves, legal or illegal. The fat Blue corrupt line. Do as they say, not as they do. You were right to stiff feel sus, your barrister did not do his magic. He shouldv pointed out that the silencer charge was a "no fukin contest" because of the way it came into police custody. Ok. Bif sometimes you gotta say ""thanks to God"" even though we don't Wana. I'm sorry to be so outspoken. It's my downfall. But to my credit I pray alot
