Uniform cops aren’t as bad when it comes to twisting your words, but detectives do this all the fucken time. It’s not just when it comes to your trial that they’ll twist the words of your interview (ERISP). The worst part is that they’ll twist what you said in your interview to put in your FACTS sheet which the bail magistrate sees when determining if you should get bail or not. And during a bail hearing, you don’t get a chance to explain what you really said in your interview. So they take what you say in your interview completely out of context, type it up in your FACTS sheet to make it look bad to the magistrate so you’re more likely to stay bail refused. Then you stay on remand for fucken ages so by the time it gets to your trail date you’re willing to cop a plea just to hurry up and get it over with and get either get time served or get sentenced so you can get to a minimum security jail. In NSW they can’t make you participate in an electronically recorded interview so it’s best to just decline the interview in the first place. But even when they come to your fish tank to ask you if you wanna do an interview, they’ll pop their body worn camera on and put the allegations to you and then include what you said to them in the FACTS sheet even if you decline the formal interview. So your best bet is to say from the very start “I don’t answer questions.” The whole time. You have to tell them your name, date of birth and address. Other than that you’re not obligated to say anything at all unless they put a form of demand on you which compels you to answer but you can just always say “I don’t recall.”

The rug dealers who get locked up have a weird reality check , on the outside they were the man, literally had other crims begging them for tic & stuff , then all of a sudden they are not the man & have no leverage. The same would go for the crims who are playing the game inside getting in to fights & doing ok , maybe a yard boss, they get out & nobody cares & nobody gives them the same respect they had inside, it’s alot of mind games.
good yarn brother and yes its sad that the ozzy lads dont show the same support like all the other lads do but i will say this about the ozzy lads they will most of the time back up the koories in a fight well in N.S.W. prison's anyway.
