IBO is just DLC with no story. It's set before McGillis rebels and loses. McGillis learns nothing in 30 so he's doomed to repeat his path (Something Quattro and Lelouch tried to get him to avoid) with the IBO boys following him to death as they don't change either. Orga still wants to become a Dictator and his crew still follows him without question.
@@phillipx3701 Nah that "rule" isn't true. Its simply just a matter of licensing. F91 in the original SRW got included barely a mont after the movie ends and Mazinget Infinity got included in SRW T, two years after its movie got released
@@wargamesmaster And Gundam Breaker Mobile, now that it's been shut down. Honestly, I feel like G-Witch, Kyoukai Senki, 86 or some others would make for good additions to the SRW roster.
I still find it irritating how this video is half an hour long and the full compilation of attacks across every mech of every franchise in the game is an hour long for goodness sake sort yourself out Bandai and give the other series some love
@@Exarch_Of_Justice Its a shame G was only in T. G Gundam can do a lot more than just fight D cells. G gundam deserved a place in 30 since they're a hybrid of Super and real.
I think there should've been seed, 00, and wing in this because it's the 30th anniversary. Sure they're overused, just exclude them in later normal series.
About as overused as Zeta and CCA and that didn't stop them, yes they are classics but SEED and 00 are also equal in term of big name for Gundam that should've got celebrate as well.
After going back to play V, X, and T. I can clearly see that they started doing this whole "staying close to the source material" bullshit so they could make original animations as little as possible to save money.
@@nl7458 idk why Kira is the only one to get shit for living things he shouldn't. Mu flaga tanked a colony laser that evaporated ships and heero was physically standing on his cockpit when he self destructed the wing(for some reason), but people only complain about Kira. Personality wise, heero is probably the weirdest and most confusing of the protagonist pilots.
@@nl7458 These days those type of protagonist isn't the best anymore. Nowdays people love to have more of an anti villain, moral ambiguity and complicated characters. Especially when the series/movie plot is about political stuff. Hathaway is a good example and Char is still a lot of fan favorite
@@shooflies Heero does got flak for surviving things he shouldn't, and a lot of people don't like the fact Mu survived. Kira just gets the largest amount of flak because he's the most egregious example. He did it several times and he's the protagonist of a popular/divisive series. Add his Jesus/Gary Stu tendencies to the mix along with the fact seed and especially destiny refuse to criticize him or even imply that he in any way could be wrong as he wipes the floor with anyone who dares stand in his way and you've got a nice recipe for disaster. If he felt less like a power fantasy and didn't steal the protag status from Shin in Destiny then he'd probably be getting way less flak.
bruh dude, if you play srw games only for their animations, I think you're being unfair to the srw games that came out after Z, because there are a lot of nice animated srw games that came out after Z
I wouldn’t say that. Sure, I like SEED’s inclusion in SRW games, but they can’t be in all of them. There’s always SRW V, one of the most recent ones that has the SEED crew.
