I remember watching these quite a lot back in 2012. I think the last one I watched was: Thrill Squad part 1. And I remember waiting for part 2 to come out. But after a while, I kinda thought that Mega Construx stopped making Halo stop motion videos, at some point after making Thrill Squad part 1. Since part 2 didn't come out until a year after part 1. Now, I know some projects take a long time to work on, depending on what it is you are doing. But I didn't know that at the time, since I was still pretty young. Anyway. After a while, I kinda forgot about those Halo stop motion videos for about 7 or 8 years. And never really thought about them again until just a little while ago today. Now, if you are wondering: How did I never randomly get the idea to check again during those 7 years? Well. The thought just never came to mind. Now, I didn't completely forget that Halo existed in general. I just only forgot that those Halo stop motion videos were a thing. Anyway. Something I noticed about the newer videos. Is after Thrill Squad parts 1 & 2, they never continued from where the previous story left off, when Master Chief wakes up, and sees that recording of the aftermath. I would have liked to have seen a continuation of that story... But, oh well.. Sometimes stories end on a cliff hanger, and are never finished..

Its weirdly interesting how some of these actually have a story, and they are better than halo 5. And they are Toys. My point is that halo 5 has a bad story.

It kinda looks like the animations had less quality and work put into them when Mega Construx became a thing. Still good animations, just a lot shorter, voices are pretty much non-existant, and in the last one it's just..... endless blue...... no terrain besides a few baseplates....

it sucks, it seems as soon the newer articulation came out, the ads got lazier and lazier. don't get me wrong, set design is always on point... until the last few... but the animation and content starts to lack, we went from a 4 part and 2 part series to halo 5 chief fighting a halo 3 brute in a blue void, then a halo 3 team of reds come in with an arctic hog and plant a flag. huh? the other's never had the most concrete continuity but there was something engaging that kept them entertaining. the invasion two parter with with the different endings was cool but animation had already started lacking there. just a few seconds of the old ads wipes the floor with the latest ones honestly. I do like the one with chief saving the other spartans, it's great. and Buck's mission was fun. I don't hate the newer stuff, and at the end if the day they're toy ads it's not the end of the world at all. just a sad observation really.
