Every bit of realism i saw in the first 5 animations: -shotguns don’t make people into donuts -guns run out of ammo -metal deflects gun shots -people make stupid decisions, like running to a dead body -Nobody in Madness 2 expected a hole in the elevator -guns recoil -people can hold triggers after death -people use cover like they actually would -some guys just don’t use their guns out of overconfidence -the hero doesn’t have plot armor -Characters smoke where their mouths would be despite having no face -the enemies have natural slow reaction time -It takes time to throw weapons, and they have weight to them. -The buildings have a logical floor plan -Tricky can’t see Hank in the dance party because of the crowd and lights -People can die from explosions without being liquified -Stop signs aren’t irremovable terrain as depicted in most other series. -while some blood, like in the madness 3 AUG scene, can be pretty unrealistic, it acts usually normal, like only pooling inside of wounds. -Vending machines are dangerous, like in real life -Hank doesn’t die instantly from the katana wound because he was stabbed in the intestines, nowhere near his lungs or stomach. This was changed in Madness 4 though. -Hank misses like 20 of his UZI shots, not only because it’s a rapid fire gun, but because he’s sustained eye damage in Madness 4 -Hank’s punches get stronger and stronger because he’s slowly having his body replaced each time he dies

I haven’t seen this series since I was maybe 13, so I only remember bits and pieces of it. (The tree part at the beginning, some dude with circle shades clearing out a rave or something, and an invincible clown) I’m reading the comments and realize there’s some pretty good lore to this. I came across this video when I was still in elementary school. At that time, I was still a little scared and didn't really like cruel things. One day, a slightly larger and stronger friend of mine showed me this video. I was astonished by the red blood that flowed out, and couldn't sleep for two days. However, after a few years, this video has given me solace. Living in a world that is colder than a block of ice, the depiction of bloodshed warms me like a fluffy, warm duvet.
