yea just went to my first hs workout and it’s pretty difficult, even for me, being an experienced athlete. Def want to be in shape and as a wr i usually work footwork and route running when i can like ladders

Hello Coach I am at a very small school and I was wondering if it’s too late to start football as a sophomore? I am 5’10 171 and looking to play linebacker. Also are there any strength programs you would recommend? I am currently running Jason Blahas Ice Cream fitness. It’s basically a 3 day full body split with the main 3 compound lifts the squat bench and deadlift with a few accessories. Is that to bodybuilding focused even if I throw in a few conditioning days?
