I took admission in the year 2021 May at IBS, Mumbai I Have successfully almost completed my college and the placement I have got is 13.5 CTC as Relationship manager in DBS bank. So, all the people who are in the average range of education like me. Do join the college it will help you to develop your skills and get you placed at good companies 💫
Im from 2024 batch , got placed with 13 lpa in a fmcg , So a lot depends on personal abilities as well. And trust me , 2-3 yrs work ex helps. Ofcourse IBS isn't one of the top colleges for MBA But then i aint got anything to complain about. Preety satisfied with my package.
Average is not the indicator of good placement because if in a campus highest package is gone above 50 and 2-3 students get that so it means average will go high look for the median package if median is 5-6 by investing above 20 and there are other campus where you might invest 9-10 with same package and it is CTC which means you will eventually get 30-40k in hand which a normal graduate can also earn with decent skills.
@@workhard6886 hey ibs mumbai fees is 9 lakh something and they have avg package nearly 7 lakhs so considering mumbai over ibs hydrabad is a good decision or not??
Sir got selected for Gurgaon,Ahmedabad,Dehradun,Pune,Kolkata,Jaipur and Pune campus of IBS.Only dehradun and jaipur provides MBA rest all campuses are offering PGPM which is not approved by AICTE so will there be any problem due to that

Along with hostel fees and other expenses the Fees amount is approx 20-21 L and the average placements till Feb 20 2023 is around 10.7 L ... Too low ROI for such fees. I don't think it's worth it. I've given my GDPI few days ago and am sure I'll get call from Hyderabad but I'll opt for IBS Mumbai... 9L fees and average of 8.7L this year till Feb 20 2023. I think it's more good ROI as compared to Hyderabad campus.
@@nishashakrawar5834 Pune's avg placement is 7.84L which is not bad either. You can consider but also need to keep in mind that it offers pgpm and not mba

I’m alumini of Ibs Hyderabad from batch of 2022, our college is ugc approved + aacsb accredited. AACSB is not any common accreditation, in terms of average package and placements, its 👍 from my side! Apart from this , Hyderabad is accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade. It has been re-accredited by SAQS (South Asian Quality Standards), is rated A** by CRISIL (national-level) and has received EB2 IN by ICRA.
I got ahemdabad n jaipur but m pretty confused which campus to take will it fine to take Mumbai or gurgaon?? But sir fees is high n roi is not upto the mark
Okk kishan see the fee is high for hyderabad but the faculty,curriculum,and all factors are much better than other campus and even many campus so what i mean to say that the hyderabad campus has a value and you will get the good placement but jaipur and dehradun doesn't have that placement opportunity
@@rashmitabindhani4159 IBS Hyderabad batch size 1200 with 6 lakh average that too is CTC now just thought of what you will get and fee is 20 lakh add overhead expenses it will cost you 23 around so you will only be recovering your money in starting days .
Sir confused whether to take hyderabad or jaipur campus. Because difference in their fees is literally half and not much big difference in placements. To get a high paying job if one works hard in jaipur campus also they will be able to get or not? Because there also 15 lakh 20 lakh package is happening. Because question is of batch size. 1200 to 100 it matters. In hyderabad not allowed to sit for another company if already placed.
I have also got selected for the dehradun,jaipur,gurgaon,ahmedabad,kolkata and pune capus by the way but the point lies whether pgpm is as good as pgdm
@@krsuman6599 brand image hota hai IMT imi iift iim.mdi ya du ka otherwise same package hai ibs ka sabme aur 20 lakh +overhead expenses milake 23 lakh investment mai 6 lakh ka package vo bhi sure ni then brand kya hoga jisko phele job bade package pe laga uska brand hai phir experience bolega college nahi and pgdm ya pgpm ka koi lena dena nahi hai job mai , corporate ko bas kaam lene se matlab hai
For corporate no issues but for applying to govt job or PhD you need mba or pgdm that too should be approved by aiu then only it will be considered equivalent to mba otherwise for corporate pgdm pgpm mba doesn't matter only your performance will be taken into consideration.
IBS gurgaon ?? Should I consider it, giving that I can up down also if needed, no need of accommodation and mess charges and moreover have interacted with past students got to know that they have good facilities and company coming for placements are also good. Going to hyderabad and mumbai, firstly the double the fees and expenses are almost triple.
@@workhard6886 Yes I know, they arr also provide Distance MBA from IBS Hyderabad. .. I think in today senario PGPM is same like MBA, Same course structure and all and moreover it is widely accepted in today's market, just for govt jobs in future MBA is needed, rest is same.
@@gautamsachdeva619 because pgpm is not aicte approved not ugc if you go abroad it will not be consider equivalent to mba even in India with pgpm you have to take placement from college otherwise bbhar se to bhaut dikkat hai
@@sourav8177I am completely aware of this but the fact is I was not planning for MBA this year, I did not even take coaching for CAT and other competitive exams and also filled the exam form on the last date itself because of various personal factors, for the safer side I filled IBSAT too..I filled only CAT,XAT,IBSAT and IMT College form.. Got 65 percentile in CAT and 69 percentile in XAT, but I filled form for only IMT college and At this percentile IMT was not in hands, luckily I got the seat in IBS, I was having the chance of going into any IBS college but I chose gurgaon only because of the fees and it's near my home, now I think not to lose this opportunity because if I go for CAT again with proper coaching they are certain factors too like fees, college form etc.I know they provide PGPM but now it's upto me to work hard and give my 100% to get the best out of placement..
