I feel the problem is not the jumpscares themselves , they're fine really , but they just don't fit with where they are , in the salvage minigames they do , but in the office the lighting just feels wrong with them.

*+Eggsdayz* That's the EXACT problem. This tycoon is acting like an actual FNaF game, while being worst than the others. It's a shit excuse, because the tycoon's not the only part in the game. Again, and *entire* year, and this is the bullshit he does. Remember FNaF1? He made that in six months. Yet, it was miles better than this game in a lot of regards. Don't be delusional. Accept that this game has clear flaws that aren't excusable.
