She was without a doubt one Lee's closest friends. Loyal, tough, realistic, a second mother to clem and had your back halfway throughout the game. Her and Lee deserved so much better

Wanna know something? Carley is the news reporter who reported on Lee killing the guy who slept with his wife. SO if Carley and Lee never died the news reporter Carley wouldve and Lee the Convict wouldve become a couple
He was frameeeed the Senator wanted his old teachings, but Lee's wife was home.. hence the scene in the barn at Herschel's when Lee goes to sleep he hears shattered glass & screams
I'm still so sad that Carley died after many years. She had so much *Potential* before Lilly (A.K.A. The one who didn't take a page from Lee's book) shot her. How could she? This is why I shot Lilly in Season 4 (And for other things too). As If she weren't bad enough as it is in Season 1. I liked Lilly but then she - No comment. Lee x Carley could've been more of a *thing* if you get what I mean. She understood Lee and had sympathy for him. And I liked their chemistry. How could Telltale do this to Carley (And Doug, I liked him too)? I was more Interested in their characters compared to some others. I'm glad I gave Justice to these character's deaths by shooting Lilly.
Unfortunately. She not only was a very useful and strong survivor, but even the only person (if you side with her) who defends you when needed. She could have been a good mother to Clementine
@Yung Oiama thankfully in season 3 and 4 you can ACTUALLY save people or leave them to die. Conrad, Dr Lingard, Kate, David, Gabe, Tennessee, Violet, Louis and technically Lilly and James.
I actually really think that Lilly had the hots for Lee. She just never had time to talk to Lee about her feelings because she was too busy taking care of the group and motel. Larry even asks Lee what he thinks about his daughter because HE KNOWS that Lilly likes him. Larry wouldn't stand the thought of his daughter being in a relationship with a convicted murderer which is why he dislikes him and it was never a race thing. Later on Lilly shoots Carley because she was sticking up for Ben and putting Lilly in her place. She shoots her not only because she's still messed up in the head because of what happened to her dad with the salt lick and also because she thinks she a traitor as well, but also because she must of seen that Lee and Carley were starting to have a crush on each other and was jealous of her. And also doesn't she ask Lee to go with her in the RV when she steals it before throwing him out of it and driving away? It fits quite well if you ask me.
I was hoping Carly and Lee would become more romantic, it’s pretty clear that her and Lee heard really deeply about each other and liked each other that way
Lily killing off Carley has to be the most rage inducing momente in the game, you saved her and she got Lee's back. It would've been nice if she lived until episode 5, even if it means she is missing like Christa.
I remember keeping Carly around because she was a good shot and I did notice her and Lee getting closer I was hoping there was a way to prevent her dying.
Its crazy to think that we will never have a new story about some characters especially when they die i dont play a lot of games but i watch gameplays and when a story of specifc character ends and you will never see them again its really sad.
I hate that the only difference between saving Carley and Doug is that you get to choose to tell everyone about your past if you save Carley, other then that, they both die the same way.

I saved Doug in my first playthrough, 1 he saved carley 2 he was really nice and helpful 3 he actually took a bullet for Ben, lilly killed carley because she was pissed off. Doug died protecting Ben
